I had trouble finding a particular item, and one of the employees not only directed me to the correct aisle but also took the time to recommend a similar product that turned out to be even better than what I was originally looking for.

I was so impressed by the service I received from Shelia at the Shell service station on Highway 12 west of Starkville. She went above and beyond to ensure my visit was a pleasant one. Shelia was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, making sure I found everything I needed and that my purchases were handled smoothly. It’s rare to find someone who provides such a high level of customer care, and Shelia truly made my day. Her positive attitude and exceptional service are a huge asset to this location. I will definitely be back!

“I go out of my way just to come here all of the time. Their food is great, doesn’t take long to prepare and is affordable. This isn’t your regular gas station food either. Check out their menu! I want to also add that they have a drive-thru that’s super convenient if you don’t feel like getting out. The people working there are very nice and always helpful. If you’re ever passing by just make a quick stop at 76! It’ll be worth it!”
