“Called 4/15/2023 about an order placed earlier in the week , guy put me on hold 10 minutes and never came back. Said hold for a minute. When I finally hung up and called back it's as if I've been blocked. When I finally pick up my order I am NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE. I WILL SHOP AT CHAMPS IN JACKSON, MS FIRST.”

“Awesome experience when I was able to call the store to verify if a specific item was in stock. Upon arrival I was able to go straight to the checkout and let the saleswoman know that it was I that made the call and what I was there for. She provided me with the merchandise and thanked me for shopping.
It was wonderful knowing that I could just walk into the store and shop for an item. I didn’t have to worry about putting in a ticket online bc I had missed the deadline.”
