“I can’t vouch for the store itself, but I can for the pharmacy. I wish I could remember the Pharmacists name or the man working in the pharmacy. On Saturday July 5th I had a child with the stomach flu and we were here for the weekend. We live out of town, but I finally remembered I had a refill of Zofran so I ran up to Walgreens and told the man I needed it refilled. He told me he’d be happy too, but they were closing for an hour for lunch and it would be ready after that. I told him why I needed it and basically begged him to fill it before they closed. He disappeared for literally a min, two at the latest. He comes back with the prescription and checked me out. I have never seen such a fast turnaround on a prescription.
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate him and offered to buy everyone lunch, but he declined and said it wasn’t necessary. This is the kind of service and thoughtfulness everyone needs to have and it may not be a big deal to him, but my son was up and feeling so much better within an hour.
