“We knew what we wanted, so that part was easy. However, the sales department was terrific. From an explanation of controls to test drive to explaining options and financing options, they make sure you are comfortable with every aspect of your investment. The finance office did an excellent job of explaining every paper you signed and what was attached to the sale. There was no pressure to accept options that you didn't want. From past experience with other car dealerships, I was prepared for an argumentative experience. That never happened here. This was a great, no stress, buying experience. They are very easy to work with. Great Dealership!”

“My wife and I had a flat tire north of West Point and rolled up at 4:40 pm on a Tuesday in route to beach. The nice lady at front was so pleasant and never hesitated to help us even so close to closing . We had a new tire on and back on road just a little after 5 pm. She turned a bad start to a trip into an absolute awesome customer service experience.It’s amazing what a smile and good attitude can do to make a bad situation into a good one for a customer. “I'm from Memphis but stopped at Express Oil Change in West Point when my low oil light came on. I was greeted by Reed and he was amazing!!! He went over every detail line by line and even checked my cabin air filter. Who knew that filter existed?!! He had my daughter and I laughing. Had a great smile, was professional and had an overall great personality the entire time. I wish I lived closer because this location was awesome!! Give Reed a shout out because he rocks!!!!!!”
