“After a deer decided to commit suicide on my Toyota Camry I needed a body shop with quick turn around time around Christmas. Every other body shop told me it’d be January before they could get to it. I called Jennifer at Counts. I got nothing but excelsior customer service from her and the body shop in general. I dropped it off and they had it complete and gorgeous again within a week and a half. I got it back and it looked so good and a very thorough and quality repair job. This place is very recommended for all your auto bodywork needs. It’s a small hometown body shop but amazing quality work!”

“If you need any kind of auto body work done in St. Louis, go to Auto Art Collision and Restoration Center!They have been wonderful with me when I recently needed estimates for some minor damage to my husband's car. And today, when I came in to get an estimate on a couple of dull spots on the hood of my new 2024 Hyundai Venue, they were very attentive and fixed it on the spot.Even better? They didn't charge me a penny for buffing it out. I will be more than happy to spend MANY MANY pennies with them!I cannot recommend them highly enough, and Will is a great employee who really works hard to understand your needs and gives it to you straight how they can help.It's on Northrup right off of South Kingshighway on the north side of I-44. “Very pleased with my experience here. My Chevy Silverado was hit by an errant driver. The other driver's insurance provider suggested this place due to its location being close to my residence. When I brought it in, Charlie's CARSTAR performed an estimate and communicated with the insurance company. They were professional, very easy to deal with and low pressure. I decided to let them complete the repairs and scheduled a time to bring the truck in. The repair took a couple days longer than they estimated, but that was due to them finding additional repairs to the steering system once they started taking everything apart. They communicated with me the entire time, letting me know it might be a couple days late due to having to order and install the additional parts. When I picked the truck up, the repairs were complete and I was pleasantly surprised to find the truck had been cleaned up inside and out. Truthfully, you wouldn't know the vehicle had been involved in an accident at all. It drives perfectly and looks great. I couldn't be happier with the service I received here. Well done CARSTAR!”

“MERTZ did a great job with my wife's vehicle. It looked even better than expected.MERTZ did struggle a bit with communication and the time-frame estimation for the repairs was way off. But, there were some extenuating circumstances with illness and being short-staffed that definitely got in the way. Our insurance company even remarked that they usually did not have such issues.All-in-all, they did a great job and we are satisfied.
