“I’ve been going to Crossfit Happy Streets for the last 2+ years for personal training and drop in classes. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Very professional coaches and varied programming fit for anyone at any stage of their fitness journey.

From a personal training perspective, I wanted to focus on getting stronger and have appreciated Brian’s approach to my programming - always pushing and building, but prioritizing correct form and modifying when/where needed.

I’ve continued with the personal training throughout my current pregnancy and have been equally as happy with Brian’s approach to help me prepare physically for labor.

I would highly recommend Happy Streets to anyone thinking about starting their fitness journey . You won’t regret it!”

“Anytime Fitness Crestwood is an easy recommendation. Zach and the team run a great operation, it’s clear they care about the experience.

The equipment is well thought out with everything you need to train at any level. Whether you’re lifting heavy, using cables, getting in accessory work, or partaking in group exercise, they have it all.

Plus, it never feels overcrowded, which makes it a great fit if you want to avoid the chaos of bigger gyms.

The space is consistently clean, TRULY open 24/7(which is not true for other gyms that advertise such in the area), and it has all the amenities you’d expect. Everyone there is friendly, and the overall environment just makes it easy to show up and get a solid workout in and go about your day.

“I decided to join OTF because it was close to my house and two friends highly recommended it. As a person who hasn’t exercised much (read: at all) before trying a class seven months ago, I was very nervous. All of that dissipated when I walked in the door. The coaches (really, all of the staff) are so kind and welcoming. They have been so helpful in giving feedback and helping me adjust exercises to meet me where I’m at (and, even giving a gentle push to go up in weights—which, I didn’t think I could do, but pleasantly surprised myself!).

The other members are also incredibly supportive and welcoming. I never feel out of place at OTF. I am slowly but surely increasing my number of workouts per week, and I’m feeling stronger. OTF has shown me just how great exercise can feel, and is also helping me build confidence in myself. I’m loving being a part of this community!”

“Love the Rock Hill OTF! The coaches and staff are so friendly and supportive, and the equipment is fantastic (treadmills are so easy on the knees!) I’ve learned to push myself way more than I ever did solo. I joined last year after having a couple kids and I’m now faster and stronger than I was pre-kids. Highly recommend giving it a try — you can go as hard or as easy as your body needs, socialize as much or as little as you want, and before you know it you’ll be chasing goals you never thought possible. It’s addictive and so much fun! (And this is coming from someone who hates gyms!)”

“LiftSTL might be the most aesthetically pleasing gym in town. The facility is beautiful, they’re constantly upgrading equipment, and the overall atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. From the front desk staff all the way up to the owner, everyone makes you feel like family when you walk in. “I gave Forward Fitness a try because I was looking for a fun and supportive environment where the focus was actually being fit and strong rather than looking fit and strong. I turned 37 this year, so I’m thinking about aging well, etc. etc. And wow—it has so been worth it! The coaches are all so patient and supportive, and there is a real community feel about the gym. There are even 5am classes on weekdays for nuts like me who can only find time to work out in the wee hours of the morning. I’ve already gotten a lot stronger and I can’t wait to see the progress I’ll continue to make 💪”

“Jeff Brockes, the owner of FUEL Strength and Wellness Studio, is the best, most knowledgeable, motivating, fun, and down to earth trainer I have ever worked with in my 66 years, and his focus is on injury rehab, which is why he gets so many referrals from orthopedists, so I highly recommend his small but mighty training facility, FUEL, tucked behind the Fur Center on Clayton Rd., he knows what he's doing, and he's ripped to prove it!”

“The culture of the Levo is fantastic. The members are outgoing and supportive. The coaches do a great job of teaching, scaling workouts, and encouraging everyone to do their best. “Could not recommend PSF more! They offer strength training, cardio, and HIIT classes with exercises changing monthly so you can track your progress and improve over the month. Their model is perfect if you're like me and want to workout but hate figuring out what to actually do at the gym. The coaches are great and walk you through each exercise, offer modifications, etc. They have convenient class times and an easy scheduling process. Their location on Watson is super convenient if you're in south city. I can't say enough good things!”

At Share the Burden they focus on your mobility and warm-up, scaling options for your weakness or injury, and they really care about your workout readiness for the day - did you sleep well? how is your stress? are you sore from a recent workout?
