“I decided to join OTF because it was close to my house and two friends highly recommended it. As a person who hasn’t exercised much (read: at all) before trying a class seven months ago, I was very nervous. All of that dissipated when I walked in the door. The coaches (really, all of the staff) are so kind and welcoming. They have been so helpful in giving feedback and helping me adjust exercises to meet me where I’m at (and, even giving a gentle push to go up in weights—which, I didn’t think I could do, but pleasantly surprised myself!).
The other members are also incredibly supportive and welcoming. I never feel out of place at OTF. I am slowly but surely increasing my number of workouts per week, and I’m feeling stronger. “I gave Forward Fitness a try because I was looking for a fun and supportive environment where the focus was actually being fit and strong rather than looking fit and strong. There are even 5am classes on weekdays for nuts like me who can only find time to work out in the wee hours of the morning. “Could not recommend PSF more! They offer strength training, cardio, and HIIT classes with exercises changing monthly so you can track your progress and improve over the month. Their model is perfect if you're like me and want to workout but hate figuring out what to actually do at the gym. The coaches are great and walk you through each exercise, offer modifications, etc. They have convenient class times and an easy scheduling process. Wish it had just one more narrow cable station as people can park there for a while. Best of all the equipment is clean and modern, and there's ample free weights. Overall if you're not in need of heavier weights than most and you want to be left alone and use what you want to get your workout in, that's doable here at just about any time.”

I was feeling down about my weight when I first joined and out of breath but overtime with a switch in my diet and being consistent I am down 40lbs. Jim is great. He don't play about his morning workouts but they are so worth it. I like that he really pushes you and corrects ur form. I really enjoy Oscars evening class at 7pm. Karen is great as well, she helps break done the moves for me. Denis is really sweet personality. Trenton taught me how to do some kick properly. Everyone is really helpful and nice.”
