Every pair I stepped into seemed to hurt and I never really knew why. I knew I had drastically flat feet, but I didn't know what that meant. After doing some research I saw this place and decided to give their fitting process a shot. After all, it is totally free.
Brie was absolutely amazing. She walked me through every step of the process. She told me about flat feet, about stability vs neutral shoes, arch supports, all kinds of things that I had always heard about but never really understood. Eventually we found the best shoes for me, which I never really thought possible.”

“I recently had to contact MBT USA with regard to a pair of MBT shoes I previously purchased. MBT USA customer service (Sheri) not only listened to my concerns, but was proactive to resolve my issue. I was totally impressed by MBT customer service and I'm loving my new MBT shoes, which is a vast improvement from my previous MBT shoes. It's nice to see a company that backs up their product with stellar customer service. I'm now a fan of MBT!!”

LolTheir clothes are mostly true to size, so you CAN buy without trying on...but their customer service (Oakville MO store shout out to Mary!!) is so exemplary that you end up staying & trying on & shopping for accessories. LOL Smart cookies! ;) You almost feel like a bottle of champagne is going to come out next, and I LOVE that "extra" customer service because in this day & age, it is rare!Suggestions? “I went to this SHOE CARNIVAL on 3248 Telegraph Road today, I was so impressed by the young man at the door, he helped me find what type shoe I was looking for, he was very pleasant and helpful. Another young man checked me out he also was pleasant and helpful. The store was very clean and well organized. I found what I wanted and left, a very happy person, the style was great and the price was reasonable!! I will be back

“Great experience! I had gained a bunch of weight during my pregnancy and it never came off. I had no idea how to dress my body and I've been wearing my pregnancy clothes for three years now because I could never find anything that flattered my body.
I booked an appointment with their stylists (which was free!) and they brought me a ton of beautiful clothes to try on. At first, I was not loving the clothes they brought as my stomach was still showing, so I told them my concerns and they brought me some better matches and styles I liked more. I left feeling much more confident and beautiful. The staff were all very pleasant to work with. They all feel like friends. I will be a life-long customer here!”

“If you want a regular shoe store to go to where they actually care about you being a customer, this is it. Long story short, had a bad experience at my local Champs trying to return some defective Jordans. Was in town and went in to ask if they could help me on the off chance that they could. I explained what happened and the manager was more than helpful in processing my return. That's the kind of customer service that restores my faith in people. I will go out of my way to come here for my next pair of shoes.”
