“I ❤Catos!Not gonna lie...I go IN for the phenomenal clearance...which they know, cause then I typically go OUT with several/many clearance items & at least one full price item! LolTheir clothes are mostly true to size, so you CAN buy without trying on...but their customer service (Oakville MO store shout out to Mary!!) is so exemplary that you end up staying & trying on & shopping for accessories. LOL Smart cookies! ;) You almost feel like a bottle of champagne is going to come out next, and I LOVE that "extra" customer service because in this day & age, it is rare!Suggestions? “The store employees were great. They were able to help us with everything we needed. For whatever reason, platform shoes are the best for my knee injury. They currently have a decent selection of them. I was able to find a pair that suit my work needs while accommodating my high arch insoles. Many of their shoes can get really pricey, but they nearly always have a sale running. We got to spin the wheel this time, too, which gave us a small extra discount.”

“Jewelry Shopping! Went to see what sales were on & my favorite employee, Carol, was there. She has directed me to sapphires, beautiful emerald earrings, gold chains & mote. My $500 budget for the day turned in to a $1300 purchase because a sapphire necklace that I've looked at for over a year was on sale but with a terrible, whisper thin chain. Carol took the time to go through other better quality chains & we found a perfect style to properly complete the sapphire necklace for a reasonable price that was also discounted! She always shows me clearance & sale rubies so I also bought a small pair of ruby & diamond earrings for just over $300. Great day! Macy's jewelry beats the other 2 jewelry stores in the mall!”

“We had a staff member who really went above and beyond, he didn't have on a name tag, but he has olive skin, with a pony tail and he put up with my 15 yr old Son who wears a size 13 shoe whom was undecided on what he wanted within the price range of what his Grandfather was willing to pay. I know for a fact this staff member was tired of my Son's indecisiveness, however he just kept on being a great help, until we left without anything my Son was interested in. Thank you for your patience young Sir. You most definitely deserve a raise?????”

Stacey at this location was the most helpful and understanding person out of the 7 Hibbet people that I talked to about my problem with my order.....this includes the Customer Service line. It is a shame that a Customer has to drive 30mins away after spending a long time on the phone with Customer Service to get assistance. “I’ve always been a fan of this place, even when I was little and got to spin the wheel and go into the box of money (around the age of 7-10) and literally won a few of the dollars bc it’s not as easy as it looks ?.I have pretty good luck w/ Shoe ? but my picky kids are always looking for the super expensive, rare Nikes or something & they don’t always have the type of shoe my kids look for. ??Basically unless you’re very picky you’ll be able to find something you like.
