“Getting our apartment was such a stress relief, especially with the help of Gina, who couldn’t have been nicer nor more pleasant to talk to. She was such a great communicator with timely responses and couldn’t be more kind offering her help before and after we moved in. All the ladies in the office are so kind when you walk in, the community seems wonderful. Really makes my husband and I happy to call this place home.”

“I was recently looking to move our of my parents home into my first place. I looked at Town Homes and some other apartment's down the road from my parents place. My mom mentioned that there was a place over in Ellisville called Aventura. I agreed to come check out the property and was greeted by Ron who showed me a two bedroom apartment. As soon as I walked into the model apartment I fell in love with it and knew right away that I could call this place my home. I went home and thought about it and put in an application that did get approved. I moved in a week ago and let me tell you that it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. The apartments and grounds are lovely maintained. The pool and fitness center are a nice bonus and I am glad to have them. Ron and his team are amazing and are a pleasure to work with. They all have incredible follow up skills and are always there to help. I can not say enough good things about management and also the maintenance team. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an apartment. Thanks Aventura for making this a great place to live and for making my first move very easy. Also if anyone one is worried about or interested in how loud the base ball fields are I will be the first to say that you really do not hear the noise from it.”

“We moved into a 2 bedroom at Aventura at Wild Horse Creek in June 2022. Early this year, we wanted to downsize due to having a summer place elsewhere.
Lisa and Lauryn took very good care of us. They helped us navigate the transition to a one bedroom efficiently and seamlessly. Our former unit and current units are both in perfect condition. Modern and clean.
The maintenance team, JJ and Chris are skilled, responsive, fast and thorough.

“Woodhollow has a great diverse community. The office staff are amazing and understanding. I was a resident for about 2 years, they have always been so patient and worked with me during hard times. The area is safe and the community itself is nice and collaborative. My only complaint is the roach issue, my entire floor struggled with this issue and I was charged for pest control upon moving out. Other than that, I would recommend Woodhollow. The area is amazing, amazing staff members, and community.”

“I lived at Kensington West for just over 2 years and loved it. The leasing staff was always super kind and helpful and maintenance was prompt any time I had any issues. I would have renewed my lease again had I not had to move out of state. The apartments have a much more homey feel than a lot of other apartments and the neighbors are all very nice. My dog absolutely loved the dog park and the complex is surrounded by several neighborhoods for any length walks you could want. The pool is also super nice and maintained very well. Overall I really enjoyed my time at Kensington West and would definitely recommend!”
