“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!”
“Ben is nothing short of the finest clothier I've ever worked with, not to mention an absolute gentleman. He never pushes. He never wheedles. He never tries to talk me into something I really don't want. Rather he helps me find the suit I want, and helps me avoid the pitfalls of buying something that looks good in a small square but on me would look clownish. He has excellent taste in his own wardrobe, but he sets that aside because we've spent enough time together that he actually understands my aesthetic and knows what kind of look *I* want to achieve...not the kind of look he wants.Every single item of clothing I've bought with Ben's direction is a garment I'm proud to be seen in.
Now...take all of that and add in that he will come to your home or office to take initial measurements, to do an incremental fitting, and even deliver the finished garments. He has become a trusted friend and advisor. If I look good at all in my wardrobe, it's because Ben made me look good.
Also...gents...if you've never bought a custom fit dress-shirt...just try one. They're a little on the spendy side for me, but once you own one, it's all you'll ever buy.”

“Mom stopped in one day to check the place out, no one ever talked to her or anything. She went back stopped back in Saturday to look again and said Ken was there and talked to her about what she might be looking for. She said he was very nice, helpful and not pushy. He greeted her and helped her out and told her have a look around and let him know if she needed help he would be right there for her. She wished more places had good employees like him. She said the way he treated her was a complete turn around from her first stop in there. She wanted to assure Ken gets recognized for how well he is with customers, even if they are just looking around. It would be 5 stars if not for the first stop in there.”
“I absolutely LOVE Suits 4 Men! My first time there I was looking for a sport coat and pants. Eduard was extremely friendly and helpful. It had been many years since I purchased my last sport coat and I was very interested in how the styles and fashion had changed. Eduard educated me on the style changes so I could get the exact look I wanted. The very first coat he showed me was perfect, exactly the look I was trying to achieve. And the icing on the cake was the price was much lower than I was expecting for such high quality.
After this wonderful experience I wasn't going anywhere else but Suits 4 Men and Eduard when I needed a new suit for an important event. Once again the very first suit Eduard showed me was exactly the look I had in mind. I then asked his help in selecting a tie. Eduard was very patient and offered me many choices. They have a wonderful selection. He laid the suit jacket on the counter along with a shirt tucked under and placed each tie under consideration with a nice knot so I could see exactly what the choice would look like. The combination he put together and recommended as the best choice was so elegant! I will now look my very best for my important event. Once again the price was a pleasant surprise as well.
The suit was ready the very next day with perfect alterations just like the Sport coat and pants had been the time before.

“This is our fourth order and I think the rating is low because it is kind of a small investigation to figure out where to put a review. When I first ordered I was just taking a chance but, there was no problem and the merchandise was high quality and the prices were very competitive. I even purchased a few odds and ends that they suggest, so you make free shipping. I thought they would end up being gifts for people we really did not like, but, the stuff is great. She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. “Marty is an icon of professionalism. I needed a new suit for my daughter's wedding. Marty helped me make my decision within minutes. He knew what type of suit I needed for the occasion, and after a few minutes of conversation, Marty had a sense for my taste. When I went to pick up the suite, it needed additional alterations for a proper fit. There was no problem- the suit was ready the next day. If you need a cheap suit, Sam Cavato's is definetly not your place. If you want an old school, locally owned buisness that will cater to you with quality, Sam Cavatos is your place. Marty told me he has worked there for nearly a hundred and fifty years. I have a feeling that if I have a problem with my suit a year from now, Marty will be the guy who will set things straight. By the way, second only to the groom, I was by far the best dressed man at the wedding! Thank You Sam Cavato!”

“Bob, the manager of this store is absolutely wonderful. I stopped in there about 10 years ago when I was in St. Louis for a youth hockey tournament. He told me to call him anytime I wanted to buy something. I have been going here ever since. A wonderful person and a wonderful salesman. I hope that Brooks Brothers has the sense to take care of him and never let him go! I will be buying my clothing from this store as long as he is there.”

“Many of the clothing items were on sale at discounted rates ranging from 20% to 50%. The offers were really good. The staff was very helpful in assisting customers with their selections. The counter staff was amazing, doing their best to offer additional concessions where possible. I believe these offers are available for only two days. However, the items at Old Navy are worth it any day. We have always loved Old Navy clothes!”

“I went to this location other day, and I noticed this one worker that really made my day. His name was Duncan, he was so sweet and so kind to me and my children from the moment I walked in to the store, to the moment I walked out. I was looking for a pair of jeans and I wasn't sure what style I would like. Duncan came over and helped me pick the perfect jeans for my daughters birthday. Overall, I had a great experience at this Old Navy. From someone who used to work retail, it's so important to always treat people with kindness, and Duncan treated me with a smile in a day full of frowns.”
