“I called the S Campbell Springfield MO location prior to calling this one. The girl that was working was very impolite, seemed bothered to be answering my call, and when asked if they sell iPhones, her response to me was “well yeah, we’re a phone company…”. I then told her I’d call another location, which is when I called W Sunshine. Katie answered all of my questions and was so polite and thorough in her explanations. This will be the only Cricket location I use moving forward. Thank you, Katie!”

But when I came to the Cricket location on Kansas Expressway in Springfield, Missouri, the store manager a man by the name of AJ was not only able to make sure what my problem was and get my problem resolved he was able to navigate multiple customers by himself until his second employee came in the building. The customer service here was impeccable.”

“If your needing help with the T-Life app and getting a phone be sure to visit this store . We were wanting to upgrade a phone in the app, and Malakai helped us through the process, I know T-Mobile wants customers to use the app more , but customer service is still needed. Malakai and Joseph? was the other young man that assisted us with the upgrade. Malakai then set up my wife's new phone and helped with setting up her phone accessories. Very friendly crew at this store be sure to check them out . Shout out to Malakai!”

“I never liked going into this store. The people were just sales people with no real personality. Today however I had to go in and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Chance J was the sales person. He was very knowledgeable, big personality, helpful, patient. He helped 3 customers at the same time with such professionalism. All of us customers actually socialized while he was selling 2 of us phones and setting them up and another came in to pay her bill. Chance was outstanding and you definitely do not see employees like him anywhere. If I have to go back into the store I will call ahead to see if he is working. Crickett, you have a keeper .”

“I want to give a personal shout out to this call-center. I realize they take most of the calls to any Verizon store and appreciate their service so much. I want to single out 3 specific employees
(including Steve in management) who gave me exceptional service. Their kindness and humility touched me greatly. Mike, Aubrynne and as mentioned, Steve, were amazing. As busy as they must be, their tone of voice expressed their desire to give me their very best care in what I required. That means so much. I think we all can attest to how the voice carries real concern or if one is a nuisance. They truly cared. They always asked before I ended the call if there was anything else they could do for me. That may be a requirement of the job, but one knows if one really means it. These Verizon representatives deserve as much recognition as possible for doing such a fantastic job.”
