“I went to the store today in a pretty desperate situation. I use my phone to verify my logins at work and my phone was having major issues. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Sage and was able to get everything on my phone transferred to a new device. Since my phone kept restarting itself, we weren't sure if a normal transfer of data would be possible. Because of this, Sage showed me hot to backup my phone on the google cloud so we could rely on that if needed. Fortunately, we didn't need to rely on that and Sage helped me transfer all my data and setup my new phone. I was stressed out and concerned when I arrived but, thanks to Sage, I left with everything taken care of. This was a great experience. Thank you, Sage!”

Drew was my technician, I upgraded to a new phone, he was very helpful and very knowledgeable .By the time I left I had met and spoke with all the techs and manager. They were all so kind, I could see they are a great team and each of them enjoyed being at work and really like what they do.! They are an awesome group of people! “I had a very pleasant and easy experience. The staff was wonderful, I believe her name was Kimme, she made my experience easier and was a joy to converse with. She was very professional and helped ensure everything was well taken care of. We had laughs and though it took a bit of time I must say she made it enjoyable. The time flew by and before I knew it I was all set. The gentleman employee who came in shortly before I left was kind as well.
This tiny store is quite a gem I think Kimme needs a raise for her customer service and people skills. 10/10 recommend this store.”

(including Steve in management) who gave me exceptional service. Their kindness and humility touched me greatly. Mike, Aubrynne and as mentioned, Steve, were amazing. As busy as they must be, their tone of voice expressed their desire to give me their very best care in what I required. That means so much. I think we all can attest to how the voice carries real concern or if one is a nuisance. They truly cared. They always asked before I ended the call if there was anything else they could do for me. That may be a requirement of the job, but one knows if one really means it. These Verizon representatives deserve as much recognition as possible for doing such a fantastic job.”
