Jake was incredible to work with, and his customer service is truly unmatched- I mean, seriously.. he sat on the phone, on hold, with Apple to help me figure out a Face ID issue I was having with the banking app. That is on another level!! Being met with such kindness and patience (especially on a Saturday morning) was so refreshing! The manager, Brad, was also incredibly kind and helped answer any of our questions with a smile on his face! Great time all around!”
