This week, I went into the Overland Park office with an assorted to do list. I was lucky enough to be greeted by Cindy Shedd. She expertly took care of every question that bounced from rental insurance proof for my daughter's landlord to helping to plan a detailed trip to Italy covering 5 different cities.
