“Let me preface this by saying I am not the type of person to go online and make a review about my experience at places; I ordered a pair of loafers online and they arrived in a little rougher condition than I would have expected and they were a little too big. I went to this Allen Edmonds location to do a refund or exchange and was warmly greeted by Travis Bottcher (who I later found out is the store manager). His customer service skills were exceptional and made my experience a solid 10/10. “Nice store - very clean and organized - is this location new? If it is - I hope they will keep it staffed and maintained at its current level.
The employees were helpful - not experts - but good retail employees.
Experience at the gun counter was good. Quick process even with another person ahead of me. Walking me to the door with my purchase didn't seem like a big deal - easy. Way faster than buying at Bass Pro.
The gun counter employees did not seem like experts - just employees. If you dont know what to buy - do some research or visit a gun range where people actually use guns daily and talk to them. Heck watch a first time buyers guide on YouTube.”
