She consistently helps me with my posture and will help me fix things I had no idea I was doing wrong! I feel like I get the best out of my workout when with her. (I’ve only tried 3 instructors, all wonderful, just really enjoy how holly runs her classes)! Even early in the morning, she is ready to go and motivating. I started Pure Barre with the intentions of learning more about my body, improving my posture, and finding an exercise that fits for me and I finally found something! It’s challenging but rewarding. “Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!”
