“My son hit a deer on his way home from work, and McCarthy Collision Center made the entire repair process incredibly easy. They arranged to have my truck towed directly from our home to the collision center, which saved us a great deal of time and stress.
The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and no time was wasted throughout the process. We received the truck back quickly, and it looked even better than it did before the accident.
Payman was exceptional to work with, always keeping me informed, answering my questions, and providing outstanding customer service. He was kind, patient, and helpful every step of the way.
I highly recommend McCarthy Collision Center to anyone in need of collision repairs. Their professionalism, efficiency, and customer care exceeded my expectations.”

“I’ve lived in Blue Springs for many years. I have passed Dales many times. I had the opportunity to use their services for my vehicle. I was very impressed with the professionalism Aaron displayed when I brought my vehicle in. He was very transparent with the time it would take for the repair. The pricing was very fair, and the work was excellent. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, it was cleaned inside and out. My car felt brand new again. I would highly recommend Dales Auto Collision for any collision repairs a person might need.”
