“All the stylists are friendly and lovely - I have gone to this shop for several years and Gloria is the BEST EVER, +10 STARS. I would not go anywhere else. But I have never experienced a more unwelcoming atmosphere at the front desk than this place! No greeting, no smiling. NOTHING about this girl is the least bit welcoming! The only good thing I can say is that she is CONSISTENTLY bad at her job, which I assume includes greeting customers in a pleasant manor of some sort. You would think so . I have been wanting to say this for a long time - she does not do this business any good. It’s too bad because once you’re past the front door everyone is delightful!”
