“Never would I have begin to think to review a shoe store, however, after a recent trip here w my 15 year old daughter, I must do so.
I cannot recall the young women’s name who helped my daughter with her purchase, however, was so impressed with how she handled this transaction with my daughter and helping her get not one..but two pairs of shoes. She far exceeded my expectations on her willingness to help my daughter get the right shoes she was looking for. Management should be proud of having such an employee as her.”

This site is clean and organized. It is well stocked and the staff is helpful and welcoming.
The location is in the Tanger Outlets and the Outlets can get super busy on weekends so if you want to park close go early.
Bathrooms are located in the corners of the Outlet Mall.”
“A great place to shop for kids clothes. We wanted to but our great grandson a winter coat. This was jacket was perfect. It was reasonably priced as all their clothes are. The store was clean and well organized. There was a friendly knowledgeable staff available to assist with questions or in our case find the size we needed in the back.A great shopping experience.”
“I legit just left the store and Casey the assistant manager was helping me with finding the best fit of berks. She was UNBELIEVABLY helpful. She went above and beyond trying to help me with a solution to get me the shoes. Unfortunately, we are in the process of moving so we aren’t able to have them shipped, but man her service was fantastic! The store was also so clean and the shoes were always being put back by the workers. 10/10”
“The gf's strap on her Coach wallet broke while we were downtown in Branson MO from Des Moines IA. While the wallet couldn't be exchanged she found another one she liked and the staff sent hers in to be fixed. While the Coach store was a decent experience.... Avoid this Tanger Outlet on the weekends at all costs! The parking lot is a mess.”

“Had a better selection of heels and flats to wear with dresses than other stores. When I went in they had a buy one get one free sale on the exact shoes I needed for my brother's wedding. The staff was also super nice and helpful. They explained their rewards system to me and it seems like a really great deal for a mom of a lot of boys!”
