“The staff at this Famous footwear are great! Cj was incredibly helpful at checkout and explained to me how the promotions worked. The other gentleman who was working that day (I didn’t get his name) helped me get multiple pairs on shoes down from the top shelf during the half hour I was in the store and did so gladly. By far the best shoe buying experience I’ve ever had. I would recommend this location to everyone just because of my experience with those two Famous Footwear employees.”

“Want to give a shout out to I believe their names were Jonathan and Ben. I had realized when I got home to St. Louis I had left my Under Armour bag at the New Balance store here out the outlet mall. The New Balance store was nice enough to run it down to the Under Armour store so they could get it back to me. The Under Armour store was nice enough to ship my bag back to me in St. Louis. They even called back to verify my information. Great customer service from both stores here that can be hard to come by these days as it was greatly appreciated. Thank you!”

“I haven’t been to lids since I was a teenager, I am 32 years old now, I wanted to get a hat that represents my son and a gentleman named Chase helped me out. He went above and beyond customizing and give me ideas so that my hat would look very good. It was very patient and anything I didn’t like he fixed it and stitched with no complaints or any kind of attitude. Definitely recommend this store to get your customize hat and go to my man chase.”
