“The art of service is lost, but Adidas store made a sale for showing great service. Had 2 associates ask if I needed help, which is rare these days. I needed a size not on floor, they went and found 2 different sizes to try. I shop online usually, but this is example of how to win sales.”

“The staff at this Famous footwear are great! Cj was incredibly helpful at checkout and explained to me how the promotions worked. The other gentleman who was working that day (I didn’t get his name) helped me get multiple pairs on shoes down from the top shelf during the half hour I was in the store and did so gladly. By far the best shoe buying experience I’ve ever had. I would recommend this location to everyone just because of my experience with those two Famous Footwear employees.”
