“The first time I went in because my phone battery died the guy that was in there just could care less about anything that I had to say never left frustrated and mad but then I went on 5/15 and the girl in there was fantastic she saw that I had insurance and I got a new phone the next day”

“After our phones went out and we had no communication except ai chatbots online, we went to the Boost store in St. Charles for personal help with our service connection. Abraham was excellent at both customer service and resolving our issues. He went the second mile and helped us activate our new phones and tranferred our data. He also provided us with follow up phone numbers that we could use if we experienced any other issues. We highly recommend. This gentleman earned our respect in his knowledge of phones and troubleshooting. We'll use him from now on.”
