Abraham was excellent at both customer service and resolving our issues. He went the second mile and helped us activate our new phones and tranferred our data. He also provided us with follow up phone numbers that we could use if we experienced any other issues. We highly recommend. “I went to this store to help a client out I was assisting who's phone would not charge. I took her phone and her charger and cord with me that she had purchased from this store. I explained we had attempted to charge her phone all day, but it kept draining the battery instead of charging it. The young man plugged it into several outlets initially and said it was charging that it must be her outlets at home. I'm like, no every outlets in her house can't be bad. I had to ask him could it possibly be the cord, I had to replace mine once. He then said we no longer carry those for that phone. He then got a light bulb moment and tried the wall block, indicating the wattage was not enough. Hurray, he solved my problem.”
