The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country to regularly deliver to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to more than 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to make customer experiences better. While staff sometimes take lunch breaks during the day, customers generally have pleasant experiences with the helpful and patient employees.
Terrible customer service! Just go to a different office, save yourself a headache
April 2025
Postal workers here are ignorant of Poster 7, and the civil rights of every American.
January 2025
Staff on lunch breaks and close the booths anywhere from 12:30-1:45pm and post a sign on when they reopen. It should be transparent and USPS should just list a defined lunch break time on their website and on Google so people do not waste their time.
Otherwise I've had pleasant experiences with the staff.
