So I enter with a smile my on my face, picing up and discarding tickets & receipts from previous customers. We must be the change we want to see...”
“I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.

“I frequently need to go to the post office to send packages international, which is a bit of a convoluted and painstaking process, and the service at this office never ceases to impress! I have to drive double the length to get here compared to my local post office, and it is so worth the drive. The workers are congenial, helpful, and have never been in a bad mood when I've been there. 10/10 post office that gets things done quick and you leave without feeling like you've been there since 3am!”
“See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!”

“Even though I haven’t had the chance to visit this post office in person yet, I felt compelled to leave a review based on my experience over the phone. Devin, from another location, called Ms. Linda after hours and she answered and took the time to assist me with my issue. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which I truly appreciated. It says a lot about a location when the staff is willing to go above and beyond, even outside of normal business hours. Based on that experience alone, I’m very impressed.”

They have contacted sorting facilities, checked personally with mail carriers, and actually called me back when they said they would. People here have really gone out on a limb for me, which I never expected.”

“I have only used this location for shipping so my review is going to be solely based on that. So, this location has a (self service) shipping kiosk which I absolutely love. Have you ever wanted to ship something out but there's a line longer than a CVS receipt and you're on a tight schedule? Yeah, me too. Well, the kiosk is perfect for those kind of customers. You already have everything taped up and ready to go, you just need a shipping label but there's a customer trying to get a passport, fill out a hold mail slip, and complain about getting her mail late simultaneously. Welp, with the kiosk you can bypass all of that. Print out your label, slap it on your parcel, and drop it off at the front counter or just slid it into the drop box right next to the kiosk (if it fits) and go about your day. This thing has saved me tons of time especially when I walk in and see 6 people in line and two clerks working the front.”
“I’ve had a P.O. Box at this location for a while now, and the service has always been great. Cody and the rest of the staff are super friendly and always willing to help out. Whether I need help tracking down a package or just have a quick question, they’re always patient and on it. It’s honestly one of the most helpful post offices I’ve been to. “Despite some of the comments, this USPS location has been pretty good to me. Every time I've gone, the people working there are helpful and get things done. Never had a problem with a package or anything. Just a heads-up, though: it gets packed during lunch and right after work, so try to swing by at a weird time if you can.”

“There are a lot of bad ratings for the wrong location on this business listing. That being said, this is an old building (cool in its own way) that needs work in the entranceway, and I've had mixed experiences but overall positive with the staff. Still bring all my packages here when I print and attach my own pre paid labels”
