“Really nice venue with lots of great seats from every angle. Ride share drop off and pick up is a little confusing, but there is a designated area. The sound of the bands from the amphitheater is fantastic. The sun sets to make a really cool atmosphere. The bathroom lines run very smoothly and are ready clean. Beer prices are a little on the expensive side, as it's almost $20 a can. They made us empty our cans into cups as we went to our seats as a safety issue. One problem we had was that the headline band had so much stage equipment on the sides that our view was actually obstructed, which was not advertised when spending a lot of money for seats closer to stage. Luckily, a guy from the venue was able to make it right for us and moved our seats, but it's not right that an artist can do that to the fans.”

“Since the hotel is located in a safe area, we walked to dinner. There are various kinds of restaurants nearby. Our main purpose was to visit WashU, and the hotel had very convenient access to the school.
It was also easy to get from the parking lot to the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had a panel for adjusting the temperature and good water pressure. Breakfast included fresh omelets and waffles, and the coffee was delicious. The food was replenished frequently.
We chose this hotel based on reviews, and we truly felt it offered great value for the price.”

“I stayed at the hotel for almost 6 months with my fur baby and it was very accommodating. staff was amazing !!!!! very friendly and outgoing. I felt safe there. They did have security patrol in the parking lot once in awhile.the check-in was simple, staff smiled and made you feel welcomed! Everybody was just really outgoing, friendly and helpful!! I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re doing long-term stay or even a short stay. Also the noise level was low.
Rooms: The Room are very accommodating definitely for travel nurses I had a full kitchenette . The room was clean housekeeping was wonderful, maintenance wonderful the whole staff made sure my room was accommodating.
Nearby activities: A lot of nearby activities, shopping mall, casinos, theaters, restaurants.”
“This is one great place to have fun and the Lousy Bowlers league is a super way to relax and enjoy time with others. The staff is fantastic! Avi, Steven, Brandon, Falisha, and the rest of the crew are always spot on, taking care to make sure you're having a great time. Bowling is a great sport and this is a great place to bowl.”
“Tiny shop attached to a cafe. The mechanic with glasses knows what he's doing. Most 'bike shops' along the Katy aren't really. They can true tires, do repairs, and actually stock parts. They rent bikes also.”

Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm were exceptional. During check-in, she took the time to clearly explain all the hotel amenities, making sure I knew exactly what was available. Even more importantly, she made me feel sincerely welcomed and valued. That level of recognition and hospitality does not always happen elsewhere, and it truly made a difference.
The breakfast team was also fantastic. The overall energy of the staff reflected genuine care for guests.

“My husband and I got married in October 2022, and used Spazio Westport & Russo's Catering for our Reception. Working with Emily Otto for all of the decor, food, logistics, etc made everything so much easier than it would have been otherwise! She worked with our Wedding Coordinator & DJ to make sure that everything went off without a hitch, and I could not have asked for more. All of the food was incredible, our cake was beautiful and delicious, and the bar did a fantastic job with our signature cocktail & craft beer.”

“I had such a great experience here, they were flexible with my needs. I was planning to get my balloons the night before the event, and she let me know they would be deflated if I had them filled that far in advance. I was able to come get them the following morning instead and they looked perfect for my event, definitely plan to come back for all parties!”

“I have an update for March 16, 2026:
I made a huge mistake and left my identification cards in the room in a leather folder. I want everyone to know that the STL Airport Marriott moved extremely quickly in helping me resolve the situation. I realized my mistake when I reached the airport in Chicago. While I did have my passport and could cross the border in Canada, I did not have my nexus card. I explained the situation to Ryan Konz, the GM, and he resolved it quickly on Monday. They reacted very quickly and sent it FedEx overnight to me. They were not responsible for my issue, I was but they jumped right in and helped me out in a tough spot. I will not forget their kindness and quick action. This property always exceeds my expectations, and I would give them six stars if I could for customer service.

I wanted everyone to know how much I look forward to staying with the airport Marriott in St Louis. I travel a fair bit for my job and I always look forward to traveling to this property like I am traveling to an old friend’s home. I have never had a poor transaction with anyone at the St Louis Airport Marriott. I humbly pass on my warmest regards to their world class staff, especially all the wonderful folks in the concierge club.”
