“This storage unit is one of the best I've ever had. When I first signed up for them they gave me a great deal for 3 months! They can hold cars, they have really big units and smaller ones if you only have a few things. It's very safe and has a gate code to get in. They keep it very clean and everyone who rents there is respectful. They can provide you locks as well and if you have multiple units they can make all the locks the same so you only have one key not a whole bunch.
The owner is a very good guy. He handles issues with a breeze. Although there have never been any issues I ran into with working with them.
Usually you'll talk to Mary and she gets things done every quickly and can text email or call. Whichever is your preference. She's very sweet to talk to and explains everything you need to know.
They treat you and your things like a part of the family. So be assured that when you rent from best West your stuff will be safe and secure and you will always be in a good head space after talking with her!”
“Very clean and secure facilities. We ended up renting an outside unit on Tracker Rd and a climate controlled unit at their Fox Hollow Rd location. We changed our minds a couple of times after renting units that were not large enough. Leslie was very patient and accommodating. We highly recommend this storage center.”

Have my stuff in there since July 2022 and it's still there .. for 1 year and half stay in Branson and didn't have a ride to Springfield to check out my storage unit. And came back March 2024 move back to Springfield and stuff wasn't ruin or nothing can't believe it love it there. They do work with u depending on what u have going on”

“I went to help a friend get somethings from her storage. She has been a customer at that location since 2009. Pac n sak just took over. They aren't as personable as the previous owner. She's not sure if she'll be keeping the unit or not.”

“Edited to add that I was contacted by Jacob who was very helpful and instead of making excuses, offered a solution….Have only had the unit about 4 months and already tried raising my rent from $65 to $95 and DID NOT give 30 days notice as stated in the contract. When I complained it took more than a week to find someone to talk to and they still raised the rent, just not as much and are still doing it Nov. 1 when I received the email about the increase on October 3. Will definitely be looking for a new place. They don’t even follow their own contract!”
“I started with a Big unit in 2023 that I didn’t quite need it was the only availability at the time Steve has been extremely helpful with getting me transferred to a smaller size when one came available. He’s always answering with such friendly tone and has been kind every time I’ve dealt with him in person. The location is ideal and easy to get in and out and alway clean!”

“I have used KO storage before kind of disappointed this time I have pictures there's like rat poo or something in the unit I had to clean it out and then when I got there this morning flooded if the water gets any higher all my stuff is ruined I mean at least could have been warned about it but other than that they're amazing”
