“QT is one of my favorite places to shop. You can't beat their hotdogs and I always take my half gallon jug in to get a refill of Rooster Booster from the fountain for less than $1.50 and you can't beat that price either. Guaranteed fuel, awesome food, outstanding drinks and drink prices. I don't go to any other convenience stores unless I have to which doesn't happen very often because there's usually another QT not far from the last one. I recommend QT to everyone.”

“I love stopping here for breakfast. The staff is always friendly. And whoever made the breakfast bowl this morning… it was absolutely amazing. It’s always good but was especially good this morning. Thank you ?”

“Nice. Please wish they would service. The fuel pump areas more often instead of leaving the nasty skunky water to clean your windshield with and refill the receipt with paper.”

“I have come to this gas station for my whole life and I love the staff. The food when we have gotten some has always been really good. My only thing is the breakfast sandwiches that they have pre ready and wrapped up the biscuit or croissant sometimes is hard but majority of the time it’s awesome. The food that you order personally is always sooooo good and I love coming here for lunch whether it’s on the roller grill or from behind the counter. Definitely recommend this place. The gas prices are usually pretty reasonable and I will definitely continue to come here!”

“A kind soul named Charly helped me find an item I had been searching for for awhile. I didn’t even ask her, she heard me talking to my boyfriend about it and offered me help!
That’s not happened at a QuikTrip before, however this one is usually full of kind people! :)

Thanks again, Charly!”

“PROBLEM: 2002 Freightliner Classic XL, 12.7 Detroit. Came in with fuel pulling from driver side, dumping into passenger side, not leveling overnight.

SITUATION: I arrived to Memphis TN and found that my passenger tank was full of fuel and the drivers side was empty. Added 60 gallons to the driver (D) side; leveled overnight.

Drove 60 miles, sucked it down to 1/4 tank (only being measured on the driver side), returning all fuel in to the passenger tank. So on and so forth until it didn’t level anymore.

Woke up one morning and paid Speedco to move the fuel to the drivers side. After driving 115 miles, 120 gallons, that was on the driver side, had moved to the passenger tank.

Stopped at the Petro in Racine, WI to get it fixed, they removed the lines, blew air through the sytem, found a blockage on the passenger sider from the tee to the tank, but blew it out. POut it all back together.

Thought everything was fine, it wasn’t.

Got to the Petro in Oak Grove, MO, the truck died in front of the shop. They found that the line hadn’t been tightened and it had allowed an air pocket. Theo fixed it in the parking lot in ten minutes.

While fixing loss of prime in the fuel system, the Master Tech, Theo, found rubber in my fuel filters and concluded that the lines needed to be changed. This is a 2002 freightliner Classic XL that I’ve never changed the lines on. The explanation was that the line deteriorate from the inside, and then flaps start to occur that allow fuel to flow one way but not the other way.

While looking at the problem I brought the truck in for, Theo also found a bad carrier bearing, and a wheel seal that was leaking on my steer tire. I didn’t ask him to go over my truck, he was just being nice and did it; Thank God because those are both out of service issues.

COCLUSION: They had 4 new lines custom made, and had them installed in a day. They also did the carrier bearing and the wheel seal. After we started it up, the ole’boy sang like a sowing machine, the fuel leveled out like it supposed to, and I went on to my delivery.

EXPERIENCE: 10/10. They offered me coffee while I waited. The service ladies were friendly and joking around with me. The techs were knowledgeable — Adam, Theo, and this other guy that was teaching the techs in real time… he gave me so many wise pointers on my engine. Also, the managers blew it out of the water for me. The manager with the big beard was there for 15 hours one day, and was on site for two of his days off busting his butt on the ground helping customers beacuse they were busy; That guy was awesome, he was willing to work through the issues with me and stayed calm with a great attitude while doing it. The woman manager (that wears the beanie hat and is real calm) made the call to not charge me for parts that they could have charged me for; the suppplier didn’t provide the Petro with an invoice and she didn’t think it was right to hold me for another day while they waited for an invoice from the supplier (since the supplier was closed when they billed me out); She was 100% impressive in her decisiveness and "get it done for the customer" attitude. The only thing that could have made the experience better would have been a slice of pizza. Lol.

Thank you, Petro Oak Grove.

I’ll be back!”

“Need to have more stuff that we can actually use, like sun shades for the windshield, that's what I came in to buy. No more refrigerators? Truck drivers enjoy a sit down restaurant, it's a place where we can get out of our truck and chit chat with other drivers. The bathroom smelled so bad that you could smell it coming in the driver's entrance. I was at the kiosk, trying to print out a shower ticket and couldn't handle the smell and held my breath. It's been like that every time i've come here.. to the owner, I see that you respond to some of the drivers here. You don't have to respond to my post. Please just get somebody to
Get the smell out of that bathroom. Oh, my goodness.. all the money spent in this place to fix it up and make it beautiful worked, .it's definitely a pretty truck stop. Too bad
It's not what truck drivers really need.”

“Very many people will be stopping through this Casey’s and only a chosen few will take a few seconds out of their day to leave a review. It’s not nice! You got bogeys screamin through the big city with their noses in their phones and still they won’t pull up goggle maps to drop some stars and knowledge. Even the big Hosses sweatin it out in the fields out in the country, we love you and please just take a moment to tell us what you experienced at caley’s! Life doesn’t have to be all rush rush hurry up rush, stop to smell the roses for once and you might be surprised at what you find. At caleys you can have Coke Pepsi urinal or toilet choice is yours. Dunkies across the road if you want an east coast fix too”

“I forgot my ID and debit card in the shop. They saved it for me for a full week. One lady recognized me and give it back. Been a costumer for years and now I feel grateful for the help.”

“Best service in a long time! The mechanic was fantastic and got me the part I needed even though it was not a standard issue piece and he had to do some reworking to make it fit. They even made sure I'd have parking after the repair was complete. I've told all out drivers to stop here since we are in the area a lot.”
