“Selbert's gets 5 stars from me. I had recently purchased a Ford Mustang from a local dealer in under two months a deer decided to jump out in front of us on a dusk Friday evening. We were traveling at about 45 miles an hour. Unfortunately we had to have it towed and a close friend said to take it to Selbert's they will fix it like it had never been in an accident. We about a week to a week and a half later it was fixed and looked as good as new. Chris the guy that walked me through the whole process was awesome walked me through the whole process seamlessly and took care of all of the insurance process. Thank you Selbert's for being so responsive and bring my horse back to new. I would recommend them to anyone look for body work!”
“I brought in my 2021 Jeep Renegade "Baby Blue" due to a deer strike on the passenger side back in November. I had hired them to repair the SUV recently. I am beyond impressed at their quality and craftsmanship. I am beyond blessed to have a locally owned company repair my vehicle back to new condition. To save them time, the aftermarket parts are agreed upon. I will replace this spring. They did an amazing job. Also, the interior was deep cleaned and absolutely impressed.
Thank Brennan Body Co. For taking care of my Jeep. I missed her for two weeks. I also truly was not worried about her being in your possession, which is rare for me. Because I take good care of my vehicles. I will only ever do business for body work with you here on out. Also, I will refer anyone who needs work done to you.

“We had an amazing experience at Autozone and experienced some of the best customer service imaginable. Our car broke down on a long trip with kids and dogs packed in the Minivan. I called about one hour before closing time and Jacob went out of his way to assist me with my problem, diagnose the problem over the phone and help me get the part installed. It would have been very easy for him to say “we are about to close” and that isn’t what he chose. We were up the creek without a paddle and were rescued. This young man’s parents should be very proud of the boy they raised. Autozone customer for life.”
“I was not a customer but he helped me anyway. I was taking my sister there to pick up her car when a belt broke on my tire. When they noticed her holding a strip of tire he came outside and looked at it. It was very possible I would have made it home fine, but he said better safe than sorry, and took my car into the shop and put the spare on for me. No, it didn't cost him anything and it didn't take very long, but he didn't have to help. I offered to pay for his time and he said no. Super nice guy and staff.”

“I haven't used O'Reilly's after a bad experience at a different location several years ago.
Today I called the O'Reilly's location in House Springs because it is right by my work. I spoke to Jesse about my vehicles batteries and asked if they assist with installing.
When I went there to have my batteries tested and of course, they both needed replacement. Jesse helped by assisting me with the task and even went beyond the expected by cleaning my corroded terminal And replacing a missing nut.
I have now changed my opinion of the previous experience and will continue to shop at this O'Reilly's location in House Springs, MO and will definitely refer others there as well. :-)”

“Needed a brake pad hardware kit to replace a broken clip. The store didn't have a separate hardware kit in stock to fit my vehicle, so they opened a box of brake pads and sold me just the bag of hardware from it. They could have insisted that I buy the entire brake pad kit, but they didn't, which helped me get my car back on the road quickly for minimal expense. I really appreciate it!”

“Got a flat tire on a Sunday; Labor Day the next day so no tire shop was open. The tire was beyond patching and neither my son or I knew how to replace it with spare. The folks at O’Reilly’s in High Ridge, MO have gone over and above with assisting me with questions and issues in the past. Ergo, they were the first I thought of for suggestions on what to do/where we could get the spare put on.
Their employee John came to the rescue! He volunteered to not only help get the spare on but taught both my son and I how to do it (it wasn’t the easiest because the jack that was supplied with the car when I bought it was pretty much trash).
He also referred us to a reputable tire shop to go to Tuesday rather than me having to go to a big chain shop which I’ve had bad customer service with before.

“My insurance company supplied the names of three auto body locations. I am so happy I chose Schaefer in Fenton, MO. The workmanship on my 2007 Ford Escape was flawless, and when I picked my car up, I was shocked that there were absolutely no signs of damage. “My service engine light came on a couple of weeks ago, so I took my car to my normal mechanic. He checked the service code and told me that my catalytic converter needed replacing. I contacted the service dept. and set up an appointment. When I took the car in, I met with my assigned service advisor, Bill Timmons. This guy is good. He eased my mind about the loaner car policy and got my car in for diagnostics and got me int a loaner as fast as possible , then found the part and got the car repaired quickly, at no cost. On top of everything else, there was no high pressure pitching for other services. Thanks to all involved. Especially Mr. Timmons.”
