“The gentlemen in the shop took in my Chevy Pickup truck and helped me source an alternator and battery. There were challenges along the way and we were in a time crunch with a winter storm on the way and the clock nearing 5:30 pm on a cross country trip moving my daughter. Their quick help and committing to a task that was out of their normal scope made the whole difference for my family safely arriving at our destination. I want to thank all of the guys in the shop who helped us. Talented folks who can pivot and research solutions under pressure.
