“After a HORRIBLE customer service experience at the O'Fallon location this morning, I called the Chesterfield location and spoke with Brianna (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She listened calmly to my concerns and walked me through several issues over the phone without making me feel rushed or dismissed.
To top it all off, they let me stop by the shop to ensure my car was safe to drive. The technician, Alex—who was also extremely professional—took the time to remove some loose, dangling parts and made sure everything was secure until I could get the necessary repairs done.
Their kindness truly turned my day around after what had been a really frustrating morning. The world needs more thoughtful and considerate people like them. Thank you both so much! ?”

“Bought 2 front tires both ended up having bad valve stem in the front left that weekend. Had to get that one fixed at tire choice in middle town kentucky. Now on 5/26 my right has gone bad less than 2 weeks later. Trying to get you guys to fix it but yall aren't even open when you're suppose to be open now I'm stuck on a holiday weekend with a bum tire I can't drive on. Completely unacceptable. Suppose to open at 8am and can't even open in time let alone ensure your work when needed are going hand in hand right now.
So once I was finally able to get the car back up to the shop Joe ended up not only correcting the issue at hand but went above and beyond to make sure it was not only fixed but showed great character and service in a the fastest time I've ever seen done. Definitely going back knowing they back their work up through and through.”
“I was here late afternoon on a Sunday in an emergency rush to replace my tires before a long road trip - one of the tires had a huge bulge in it that I noticed right before I was supposed to leave. I know the staff were incredibly busy (and frankly, dealing with some rude customers) but they were very kind and professional and explained the issues with my tires and the replacement options very clearly to me. “My granddaughter lives in St. Charles, Mo which is 4 hours from me. My brothers always use Plaza Tire in Bryan, TX. I found this one in Chesterfield, MO which is close to St. Charles. My granddaughter needed 4 new tires. Hers were super bald. I called and spoke to the nicest man named Johnny. He immediately arranged for her 4 new tires and an alignment early the next morning. I am so thankful for his compassionate service. I was able to schedule and pay over the phone. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and on the internet.
