So I finally had to go to the store I bought it at. After talking to 3 people, I got my refund of $407.00. The store manager on duty was very nice and even gave me the newest reduced price.”

I thought it was a little out of scope, but I contacted Austin because I was having issues with outlook and calendar sharing. (yahoo is hosting my web and email, and they don't play nicely with outlook). It's been a problem for me for a few months now... “'Been a customer for quite a while, and am never disappointed with the high level of service. These guys know what they're doing, and are easy to deal with.Only one issue (and it's not the store's fault) ... the Handicapped parking spots are not anywhere near the actual store fronts where they should be; and people with a disability have to walk (or "roll") all the way across the parking lot to get to the stores. I guess that the owner of this strip mall never heard of the ADA.”
