Really great service at J. Crew Factory! It is close to my work, so it's easy to make a trip out during my lunch break! The clearance section is amazing here. Associates were friendly to me. I will return!!

Disappointed with the lack of kindness & attentiveness. No one greeted. No one offered to help. Plenty of people around, but not one… One gal zumied around and didn’t bother to say excuse me, to greet, smile, or offer any help. Offputting.
