“I came here to ship two large boxes that needed additional insurance. I originally did an online purchase for labels but when I arrived, I didn’t have the value declaration sheet with me. Claude helped me bring the two large boxes inside the building, then I tried to find the declaration forms on my UPS app and they were nowhere to be found. So I told Claude I was sorry and thanked him for being patient with me. I then voided my original online transaction and Claude was able to get new labels with insurance at the counter, although at a slightly more expensive rate than my original discounted online purchase.

“It is always crowded here. One secret is the gas station opens an hour before the store does. If you get there early there is no crowd. The prices are good. Another pointer is the left side of the pumps can reach the far left side of the car. So it doesn't matter which side of the pump you park on. The gas station is crowded, but the prices are good with the high inflation. The self checkouts are a great edition. However, they keep changing the process. They used to have hand scanners that made it really fast. No longer unfortunately.”
