“Went to the warehouse in Earth City to pick up my neighbor's mattress and box spring set. The manager and a staff member actually helped me load the set onto my vehicle and assisted in securing it to the roof of my Jeep. I was concerned at first because I was never told whether or not if they would even have any sort of straping material or twine available to attach it to the roof of my car. After a few seconds I could tell that he had the confidence in securing the load from experience. I thanked him for his cooperation and thought I would forward this picture to your website for recognition.”

“I came here to ship two large boxes that needed additional insurance. I originally did an online purchase for labels but when I arrived, I didn’t have the value declaration sheet with me. Claude helped me bring the two large boxes inside the building, then I tried to find the declaration forms on my UPS app and they were nowhere to be found. So I told Claude I was sorry and thanked him for being patient with me. I then voided my original online transaction and Claude was able to get new labels with insurance at the counter, although at a slightly more expensive rate than my original discounted online purchase. Customer service 10/10 I only wish there was a way to have a value declaration form printed at the customer center. Claude was great!”
