“Everything went extremely well with the car rental. A convenient shuttle bus transports you from the airport to the rental facility. We received an upgrade to a larger vehicle, which ended up costing us less. They weren't overly particular about every detail. We informed them of any initial dings or scrapes, and upon return, the staff was very friendly and efficient. We would definitely rent from this service again!”

“Our experience started bad when we came to pick up the car and they (Miric and Christian) didn't have the one we had reserved and they didn't volunteer to call around to another Enterprise to see if they had the one we reserved. We wanted a Nissan Rouge, but ended up with a Mitsubishi Mirage for our trip to Colorado for a graduation. But we brought the car back and explained to Reed what happened and he made it up to us to earn our good graces back. Thank you, Reed for making a bad experience better. Bless you!!”

And it wasn’t even from the Enterprise location he worked at that I got the rental from (they were all out), he set me up so I could get one from a different location. It was refreshing to find someone who knew how to get things done after spending a whole day unsure if I’d ever be able to get back on the road like I needed to be.”

I enjoyed driving a cute little green mini cooper.Peyton showed me all of the controls on the car and made me very comfortable about driving it. “I went there to sell my dad's van, but they were not able to offer a price we could agree on. My decision, not on them. During my visit, each employee took time to speak with me and treated me with respect, including the tech. I don't think I could have been treated better if I was purchasing a top of the line van with every imaginable option! They were all friendly, honest, and straightforward. They even took time to explain several things after we both knew we could not make a deal. If I was in the market for a new wheelchair accessible van, I would come to see them immediately! I am horrible with names, but I remember Ryan and Van. There were two others, a man and a women. All of them were very helpful!”

“I needed to take the time to write a review about my experience today. Lexi was amazing. When I arrived to enterprise there was some complications with my reservation. Im an exciteable person by nature and Im sure I always resonate frustration in frustrating situations. Lexi was calm, poised, and professional In our entire interaction. She was empathetic to my situation, and worked to get it resolved very efficiently, while being polite the entire time. Lexi was faced with multiple clerical issues while getting my issues resolved, as well as other customers in the store dealing with problems. I've worked retail for 20+ years, I understand what its like when things out of your control are only compounding on to already uncomfortable and challenging situations, and genuinely Lexi handled all of it like a champion. What could have been a terrible situation, turned in to probably the best retail experience ive had in years, and its all thanks to her professionalism, and most importantly her empathy with the situation. 10/10 Customer service from Lexi.”

“They really help me out when I needed my car repaired the repair to longer then expected had to pay out of pocket when the insurance no longer would cover the continued rental they were very accommodating the reason for 4stars is because they never anwer the phone for the extention had to go up there everytime which was inconvenient for me having to ask my job to leave early for that but other then that I really recommend them to everyone I know who needs a rental”
