“I recently rented a car from Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise on Ladue Rd. in St. Louis. I am sure glad that I did because it was a fantastic experience and it truly enhanced my stay in St. Louis making my time there that much more fun.We reached out to the number listed and we got a live person on the other line right away. It was Luis G. who manages the exotics collection. He readily answered my questions and had a great knowledge of his inventory. We were a little undecided on which car we wanted, but that was not a problem since he was very receptive to us coming down to the lot and taking a look for ourselves. When we arrived, he greeted us and walked the lot with us and made the experience personal and pleasurable. He was patient as we made our decision and we ultimately decided on a white Maserati with white leather interior. The car was fire! Luis made the checkout process as easy as it could be and off we went cruising the highways of Missouri with giddy'up and style. He also gave us a 1 hour grace period when returning the car which turned out to be key for our departure time. Overall, this location had an abundance of inventory and if I only had 1 single criticism it would be that they lack 1-2 ultra-exotic brands such as a Lamborghini or Ferrari. Not sure I would have taken my rental to that much of an extreme and ultimately 99% of the tourism population in STL isn't in the market for that type of vehicle anyhow. Luis did tell me he was in the process of trying to obtain a couple new vehicles to spice up the higher end exotic fleet and I believe that he is a man of his word. If I am ever back in the area I am 1000% hitting up this rental agency again. I give them my highest recommendation.”

“i had the best experience renting from this enterprise. I travel a lot for work & every time i pick up a vehicle, the team is so caring, happy, & are quick to get me in then out. This trip, i had Zach #1 help me into a car. They didn't have any mid size SUVs so i got my choice of larger vehicles. Zach was easy to chat with because his customer service skills are impeccable! Lucky for me, when i returned the car, i was greeted with the same level of stoke and excitement. And surprise, Zach Hemann was there to take care of me. He checked my vehicle in with ease, got me situated, and off to the airport quickly! Thanks so much team. The car was clean & ran smoothly!”

“This is a new post 04/22/2024. My name is Vince, and I personally give this review a 5 star rating. Thanks to Steve, Andrew, Ed, and the lady who helped me get on my way to my grandsons wedding. The car was very clean, new (2023) Audi, But that's not even the half of it. When I returned the car, I was waiting for a cab for over 1 hour, Steve asked me if I needed a ride, I told him I was waiting for a cab. He said if I needed a ride back to my hotel to ask Ed, sure enough, This crew took the extra time and effort to make sure that I was safe. I was on a time crunch needed to get my family back home. Thanks to your help and your team at 3633 Lemay Ferry Rd, for that simple act of caring for their customers, Steve along with the rest of that crew should be rewarded. “Jason worked hard with us to get a wheelchair van for my handicap boyfriend with even meeting us. We got an 2008 Ford Econoline and since we got it have had two issues with the lift. Jason got us in the same day both times and got the lift working free of charge since has not been 30 days since we bought it. Jason has been very great and gone above and beyond in my opinion. I would recommend and return for repeat business.”
“I needed a 3/4 ton truck on short notice. Jack Lucy and Ian Mathes found a truck and had me on my way quickly. “I needed to take the time to write a review about my experience today. Lexi was amazing. When I arrived to enterprise there was some complications with my reservation. Im an exciteable person by nature and Im sure I always resonate frustration in frustrating situations. Lexi was calm, poised, and professional In our entire interaction. She was empathetic to my situation, and worked to get it resolved very efficiently, while being polite the entire time. Lexi was faced with multiple clerical issues while getting my issues resolved, as well as other customers in the store dealing with problems. I've worked retail for 20+ years, I understand what its like when things out of your control are only compounding on to already uncomfortable and challenging situations, and genuinely Lexi handled all of it like a champion. What could have been a terrible situation, turned in to probably the best retail experience ive had in years, and its all thanks to her professionalism, and most importantly her empathy with the situation. 10/10 Customer service from Lexi.”

“My experience with the Kirkwood, MO Enterprise was fantastic! My car was being repaired so I had a rental for several weeks. I enjoyed driving a cute little green mini cooper.Peyton showed me all of the controls on the car and made me very comfortable about driving it. She is very polite, professional and was very helpful when I had to extend my rental time after insurance would not cover the cost.I would highly recommend Enterprise and use again.”
