I unfortunately have to use them too often, but they are great with customer service and helping customers understand charges and different routes they can take to fix their damages, particularly after a hit and run.

I have a 1957 Continental Mark II which had some deep scratches. Mike did a beautiful repair for a reasonable price. All of the staff, including the office, were friendly and helpful.
