Not only did they fix up my truck from the accident, but they also fixed a few things that were overlooked from the car lot I had purchased from. Everyone I spoke to highly recommended Bopp. I had a wonderful experience here! Tim and the team were knowledgeable, helpful and sincere. “When I found a foxbody mustang. It needed major body and paint work. This was in 2015 and the Schneiders were amazing. Especially Nick, he let me keep the car there made payments weekly. Till this day I haven’t forgotten and send anyone needing body work their way. Here’s to many more years of Schneiders!”

“We needed an estimate for our insurance claim and chose the Collision Center because they advertised free estimates. The car ended up being totalled and the insurance company required additional paper work to be filed out. Joe Gamblian graciously assisted us with that & refused any payment for the additional work. I ended up needing to switch from a mobile to an in-shop appointment and that was very easy to do online. The Conley Road team was exceptional! Very helpful, kind and thorough. I also appreciated the level of communication via text and phone call to let me know when the service had started and meeting me updated all the way until it was done, which in my case was barely over an hour.”

“As long as I remain in the Columbia area I will continue to use Joe Machens East. A few years ago I had my vehicle broken into, the guy I worked with was truly amazing and made the experience stress free!! Fast forward to 6 years later, my vehicle was in an accident and I took it to Joe Machens East remembering my prior experience. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the guy from 6 years ago, but I worked with Nick this time and he was just as amazing!
We had issues with the other drivers insurance and a lot of back and forth for weeks, but Nick was able to stay on top of it and provide me needed updates, by time everything was FINALLY sorted with insurance they had my car back to me within a week that included paint and assembly!
My car looked braaaaand freaking new and the paint job was amazing including the inside detail they provided!
Hopefully, I won't need a Collison repair shop again but if I do - it will be with them!!”

“Don't use the credit card payment. They still need to work out the bugs. Hit me for 40 bucks. Got it resolved but I'd recommend you use cash. That said,the new remodeled facility is awesome. Excellent new controls and chemicals. Does a fantastic job. I always use the manual rather than the drive in. Although I did use it once because I was wearing decent clothes and was in a hurry. It was OK.”
