“I had an emergency car repair (replace AC compressor, expansion valve, cabin air filter...) that needed to be taken care of so that I could leave for a family trip. A to Z Auto Repair worked me into their schedule and got the work done so that I could leave. They also completed the work for $1000 less than the quote for the same work from the dealer and did a great job. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and transparent about prices and time schedule. Highly recommend!”

“My visit was very pleasant. I got the works. I was in and out in no time. Jacob Bailey is the best service advisor. Riley Stapleton is good too but he is at the other building and I don't see him very often. Jacob listens to what I want done and at the end he tells me what was checked and if it was okay. All I can say is he takes care of me and does a great job. I will not go to anyone else unless I have to . I hope you never let him go because he is the best.”

“It wasn’t a bad experience overall but they need probably one more worker. I waited in line about 10 minutes to check in for my appt (glad I got there early) at 4 pm, then per the text alert they didn’t start on my car until 20 minutes after the appt time. All said and done, it was done by 5:10 or 5:20. But when I interacted with staff they were friendly and knowledgeable”
“I had to have tire service done the other day, which I dreaded having done until I met Jace and Lulu at Walmart automotive service center on Connolly in Columbia, Missouri. Their service went above and beyond make sure they clean the wheels before they balance them and put weight on them. Make sure they didn’t scratch the wheels. One thing that was exceptionally nice is they checked each other torque on the lug nuts every one of them with a torque wrench !!
