Little glitch but promptly taken care of. They were super busy (which is a good sign) so I forgave the mishap. “Called them at opening about availability on my vehicles tire as I ran over something the previous night. The gentleman on the phone told me they had a bunch of options in stock that day to take care of me. He asked me if I would be able to come in around 9-930am or after to get my tires swapped in a quicker manner as not all the techs were there at open. (thankful for the honesty cause I don't particularly like waiting around longer than needed). Arrived at the location around 1030am was greeted and offered all the options they had and was told the differences in them. Made my choice and was told it would take a hour to 1.5 hours as there were other vehicles ahead of me (no problem). Sat down waiting and 30ish minutes later was told my vehicle was done. I prefer to be under promised and over delivered on services and times and this place did it. Thank you for the speedy service. will definitely go back.”

“Awesome experience. Would highly recommend to anyone. Prompt service and excellent communication. Not only didn't they bring my CRV back to life, they saved me money by pointing out an issue with my tires. Long story short, I had a tire shop in town put 4 new tires and complete an alignment 2 days prior to All-Star taking a look at my CRV. All-Star noticed tire wear and recommend an alignment and rotation. I took my crv back to the tire shop and they admitted that they didn't complete the alignment. All-Star doing their part in the industry to help consumers feel safe. This would have been a perfect time to bash others in the industry but the All-Star employees took the high road and were very professional and kind.”

“I was on the way to KC from St. Louis when a log on the highway cracked my radiator. A man at the gas station recommended me to Midwest Autoworx and I am very glad he did. They fit me in right away because they knew I had no where to go until the issue was fixed and set right to work. The price seemed quite reasonable, and they told us about another issue that our car was having that would need to be fixed when we got to back St. Louis, and showed us pictures of the damage. “I love that you don't have to show your card at the door anymore makes going in so much easier and in the cooler weather helps you too get out of the wind faster. Food has always been good quality, the prices are fairly good, No one can ever say enough about how great of a store ambassador Chris B is for the company and community. complaints: Carts: We have been members for several years and have asking for Caroline carts because one of our family is too big to be in the child seats but not able to walk or be contained safely in a regular cart basket. Please get Caroline carts many people use them and even Walmart next door has them. Pharmacy: I was doing great with the pharmacy staff until they quit telling me about refills being ready, that scripts had run out of not giving me the right script and leaving me without needed equipment and no way to get it until Tuesday.”

“The team at GAPS Automotive Repair in Boonville are absolute lifesavers! Especially Paula and Gus (and Austin too)!I am a small, young woman who was traveling alone from Topeka, KS to Bonne Terre, MO for a dog training competition with my two German Shepherds. Both of my back tires blew out and I was stranded at the Love's Truck Stop down the road. Getting towed and sitting somewhere for days waiting to have this taken care of wasn't an option due to my two enormous dogs riding with me.Not only did they squeeze me in right away, Paula herself left to go pick up the exact tires I needed from another location because they didn't have them in stock.They had me and the dogs back on the road within just a few hours and we were able to get to our competition and complete what we ventured out here to do!I can't thank them enough and would totally be giving them all of my business if I didn't live 100+ miles away, so this little review is the least I could do.Please support them! “Driving from KY to KS our tire had a leak. We called several places and this was the only place that answered their phone. We showed up 10 minutes before closing they still took us. They found a hole in the side wall and it couldn't be patched and they replaced our tire. Great service would recommend!!”

Love this place… don’t let the look turn you away…I bought 4 new tires at Firestone had to take it back 3 times to 2 different store in 2 different states and so I decided to stop in fast lane and they fixed the tire balancing perfect and did a alignment and it drives straight as a arrow…. Thanks to these guys here my car is back riding smooth and straight… never again will I use Firestone… and as you can see in the photo this is firestones definition of balance and found out firestone did counterweights which I found out your not supposed to do…I’ll drive the 3.5 hrs down here from iowa before I’ll go back to Firestone… oh and did I mention this place has used tires as well in case your in a pinch.. great service, knowledgeable staff… thanks guys….”
