“Excellent service the whole way through. Dropped my car off in the morning for a MO state vehicle inspection. Really old car so knew there was a lot to be done.
The service agent called me up and went through everything that was wrong with it, and then went over only the parts that were needed to pass. The ones I turned down they went over the time I have left on them, a rough estimate of price if I wanted to come back in the future.
In short, they could have easily uphold me on stuff that didnt actually need to be done right then.
But they didn't, they were very honest and I would use them again in a heartbeat.”

“I recently had a flat tire on I-70 around Booneville. The flat tire happened at 1:00pm. I called the shop and asked if they could install 4 new tires. They had the tires in stock, and said to come on in. They fit me in quickly and got me back on the road in no time! Very efficient service! Great price!”

“I needed to get a safety inspection done immediately so that I could register my car. All the shops that I called were iffy on if they’d be able to get me in same day, until I called Midwest Autoworx. They said they could have me done by lunch. So I went and dropped my car off then Ubered home.
A few hours later, I got the call from Autoworx that I didn’t even need the safety inspection because of the mileage and year of my car. So, I wasted over 3 hours for nothing (my fault not Autoworx), and they saved me some money by not just doing the inspection and charging me anyway. So, I really appreciate the honest and efficient service from Midwest Autoworx. They were top notch on a very hectic day of running back and forth to get my car registered.”

“Not from the Columbia area, I had low tire pressure in a tire (nail in tire), I asked some local City of Columbia workers where to take my SUV. All of them said Mike’s Total Service.
They were right in the money. They had my tire fixed in 20 minutes and they were even busy (super bonus - he was super nice). You don’t get service like this. I will definitely be back to replace all 4 tires. I would give 10 stars if possible.”

“I had to tow my car after hours to plaza. Zach called me early in the morning to figure out what was up. he called me an hour or so later and there was actually a lot wrong with my car (I'm notorious for being bad at maintenance). I got an email with photos of my car and the broken parts, and we discussed all that was wrong. Zach displayed worry for my safety on the road if I didn't get some of the other things fixed while I was in however he was not pushy about it. He was also not judgmental at all even though most of the repairs needed were my fault. They offer financing through CFNA credit card, deferred interest for 6 months and then the interest goes to 35-39%. My car runs like its brand new now and its been 2ish weeks so far with no issues. I learned a valuable lesson about keeping up with my car as the bill was pretty hefty. If I would give any feedback, my steering wheel and the handle on the door was very grimey, it would be a great touch to just wipe off the oil from inside the car if they had time. no stars removed though, I've been to this plaza before and I'll keep coming back”
