“We were just starting a 12 hour road trip and the airflow on our AC stopped working near Columbia. We called several shops in the area and AJs was able to squeeze us in for a check and repair to get our AC working again so we could continue our trip and get home to Colorado. Service was quick and fairly priced , and without their accommodation we would not have been able to continue our drive in the summer heat - They were also very accommodating of our dog!”

“I recently had a flat tire on I-70 around Booneville. The flat tire happened at 1:00pm. I called the shop and asked if they could install 4 new tires. They had the tires in stock, and said to come on in. They fit me in quickly and got me back on the road in no time! Very efficient service! Great price!”
“How can I express the amount of respect I hold for this family owned business? The entire family blew me away and made me cry tears of joy and immense gratitude. As an older, single, black woman I am often very cautious of people for fear of being taken advantage of. But this business restored my faith that there are still honest people who care about their fellow man. The owner, from the first encounter buying a tail light for my car, was kind, respectful and more than helpful. His wife, was kind and even the children were nice and helpful. I bought the tail light and returned to purchase two headlight assemblies as well. While inquiring about the headlights, the owner offered to install all three lights for me. I am shocked that he did that and didn't even charge me for the installation. His son did the installation and refused to accept the paltry $30 I had. It was all the cash I had in my wallet as I usually do not carry cash. I had to grab the young man's hand and make him accept what I had. The mechanic shop was going to charge an outrageous fee to install the three lights for me. Had I known how simple a task it was, I would have told the mechanic to take a flying leap. It was ridiculous how simple it was! Less than 15 minutes later I was road ready once again. Please, don't take advantage of these good people. If you can afford to pay what they ask for their services, please do so. Offer a generous tip, be kind in return. People like them are very rare. Every time I think about my experience with this family I tear up. They saved me a LOT of money...”

“I needed to get a safety inspection done immediately so that I could register my car. All the shops that I called were iffy on if they’d be able to get me in same day, until I called Midwest Autoworx. They said they could have me done by lunch. So I went and dropped my car off then Ubered home.
A few hours later, I got the call from Autoworx that I didn’t even need the safety inspection because of the mileage and year of my car. So, I wasted over 3 hours for nothing (my fault not Autoworx), and they saved me some money by not just doing the inspection and charging me anyway. So, I really appreciate the honest and efficient service from Midwest Autoworx. They were top notch on a very hectic day of running back and forth to get my car registered.”

They have always been fast and the job is always done correctly. When they give you quote on the work that needs to be done it is 99% accurate or less. “I like to do my own automotive work..but sometimes I get in over my head..both mikes..are incredable mechanics..I recently had timing belt,water pump replaced...the next morning...my phone rang..I figured he had run into an issue..it never occurred to me..that he was already done!I had this done on another car I had..somewhere else..it took 2 weeks!and it cost more..these guys are honest..character..integrity..they won't try to con you into work that doesn't need to be done..straight up good folk.cant recommend enough”

“I had to tow my car after hours to plaza. Zach called me early in the morning to figure out what was up. he called me an hour or so later and there was actually a lot wrong with my car (I'm notorious for being bad at maintenance). I got an email with photos of my car and the broken parts, and we discussed all that was wrong. Zach displayed worry for my safety on the road if I didn't get some of the other things fixed while I was in however he was not pushy about it. He was also not judgmental at all even though most of the repairs needed were my fault. They offer financing through CFNA credit card, deferred interest for 6 months and then the interest goes to 35-39%. My car runs like its brand new now and its been 2ish weeks so far with no issues. I learned a valuable lesson about keeping up with my car as the bill was pretty hefty. If I would give any feedback, my steering wheel and the handle on the door was very grimey, it would be a great touch to just wipe off the oil from inside the car if they had time. no stars removed though, I've been to this plaza before and I'll keep coming back”
