“See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!”

At the other location, they kicked us out because we didn’t have enough time to fill out our application and complete the appointment. “The clerks are always helpful and friendly. They definitely don't get enough credit for the hard work they do here. They may not have all the amenities available at larger locations, but as a local post office it's well stocked. Expect to be in and out within 10 mins, there's usually a few folks in line. Have some patience and cut these folks some slack.”

“Went in person because we were having so much trouble with a credit card getting to a resident in O'Fallon. The assistant was very helpful and we finally had the issue resolved when she spoke with the Carrier and we realized that they did have the wrong address, but it was so similar that on the phone The elderly person couldn't tell the difference.
