“For 13 years, I have used the Town & Country Post Office actively, often asking to hold mail when on trips, without a single failure. In my experience throughout that time, the staff has been responsive, pleasant, and courteous. Only once in that time have I had the mail another address come here, and only once has a letter to me been sent to another address. So, I'm puzzled at serious negative experiences with this post office.”

At the other location, they kicked us out because we didn’t have enough time to fill out our application and complete the appointment. Today, Twyla helped us get our passport so efficiently and we love it. Definitely will return to this location for another. :)”

For convenience and the sake of time, I could place them in the drop off bins but prefer to stand in line (if there is one), have them scanned, and receive a tracking receipt. I usually get checked out by Breanna aka Bre, who is an absolute pleasure. She provides great customer service and is always incredibly helpful.”
