“Truck was clean but they told me $20 a day and .79¢ a mile, but when I got there, they added on insurance which I didn't think I needed as I'm already insured. My bill was a lot more than expected, and they didn't even walk around the truck with me, which could have ended badly has they inspected it when I brought it back and there had been any damage that was previously on the truck.”
“I needed a 3/4 ton truck on short notice. Jack Lucy and Ian Mathes found a truck and had me on my way quickly. Jack and Ian were both very personable and easy to communicate with during the entire process.The truck was clean and still had that new car smell. The next time I need a truck I will be calling them.”
“First time using UHaul. Liked the convenience of being able to transport our stuff myself. Easy sign in process through the app. The truck was empty of windshield wiper fluid and I would have benefited from another small mirror on my passenger side like the drivers side had. Overall decent experience and would do it again.”

“The truck was well used, over 125k miles, but it ran as expected and we got the job done. The cargo area was clean and the cab was clean. Would have like to have had a backup camera and backup warning signal, and maybe a better way to adjust the passenger side mirror. The office was orderly and the staff was friendly and very helpful. “I rented a truck and had no problems getting one and dropping it off. There was a slight problem with the mileage reporting, however it was quickly sorted out. I would have given five stars however the truck itself was in rough shape, with a constant burning metal smell and the doors hardly being able to close.”

“Don’t expect a slick corporate experience; it’s a combination uhaul/convenience store/pawn shop/cell phone dealer. That said, it seems to be a family business and everybody I dealt with there was helpful friendly and patient, which is more than I’ve gotten at other uhaul stores in the area.”
