“If I could give 10 stars I would. My car was stressing me out. Although most of my issues was due to me allowing a problem to continue until it got worse. I'm still happy with the end results. They had my car up and running within a day. Mark at the front was super patient and understanding. They were actually cheaper than others in the surrounding area and i needed alot done. They even gave me free roadside and towing valid for 6 months. They are my go to shop now, lol...Thanks so much!!!! I recommend Robinwood Auto to all!”

“I bought a new iPhone 15 online from Verizon. This us a purchase where someone from Asurion comes out to your house to deliver and setup the new phone. As luck would have it, Verizon was having an outage when we attempted to activate the phone and it did not work.. I was told the phone would likely start working by the next morning.
Unfortunately, it was not working the next day so I decided to take it and the old iPhone to the Verizon/Cellular Sales Store in Ballwin. A sales associate Matt Karis enthusiastically tackled my problem. He quickly determined that my account was “hung” because of the attempted activation during the outage. Matt skillfully untangled the issue with Verizon tech support and got the account unhung.
Because it was an online purchase, it would have been valid for him to send me on my way to transfer the data between the old and new phones at home on my own. Instead, he demonstrated great customer service by volunteering to do the data transfer in the store where he could monitor it and address any subsequent issues if necessary. I was greatly relieved when he performed the nerve wracking procedure without any problems!
Matt also took the time to compile a list of current Verizon discounts and offers for me. Another associate Brian showed impressive depth of knowledge explaining some of the complex Verizon discount interdependencies.
I highly recommend this store and Matt and Brian in particular for their outstanding customer service and technical expertise. I greatly appreciated their positive spirit of helpfulness and care.”
“If you ever need to rent an appliance. Please try them out. My fiance got a washer and dryer from them and it's great. They have quality appliances for your buck and it wont hurt your wallet or bank. Weekly, bi- weekly and monthly options on payments. But dont just take me word for it. Go see for yourself. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get there and they were able to get my account unlocked after customer service had accidentally locked it and we had already spent over 12 hours on the phone trying to get it figured out. “Greg is the one and only reason for giving 4 star. He was so humble and knows exactly how to treat a customer. He is calm and a real problem solver. He should be at higher positions definetly.
We took 4 lines together, in this case it should be 25$ per line and taxes somewhere 5$ each. But the bill came out was 348$ only for 3 lines. Greg helped us fully and made it right and also other guy helped us but he was a bit rude. Greg stepped in and he completly sorted our issue. Thanks to Greg.
We got same kind of estimate for nxt month too. We have to visit again and I'm not comfortable if there was no greg next month. Hope he'll be there.”
