“So I had mixed feelings about Verizon from the start but I upgraded online, picked up my new device in store, got it home tried using smart switch to get my new phone activated with no success. Long story short I ended up going to the Creve Coeur store.... and they were the most down to earth, helpful, patient people! The guy that waited on me had to spend well over 2 hours on hold, back & forth with customer service but he did, with a smile, we joked laughed and got it done! Thanks to the Mgr lady that day also she was just fantastic! You guys are all great thank you so much!!”

“I went to this store to help a client out I was assisting who's phone would not charge. I took her phone and her charger and cord with me that she had purchased from this store. I explained we had attempted to charge her phone all day, but it kept draining the battery instead of charging it. The young man plugged it into several outlets initially and said it was charging that it must be her outlets at home. I'm like, no every outlets in her house can't be bad. I had to ask him could it possibly be the cord, I had to replace mine once. He then said we no longer carry those for that phone. He then got a light bulb moment and tried the wall block, indicating the wattage was not enough. Hurray, he solved my problem.”
