Everyone there was wonderful. Michele, another amazing nurse, was incredibly helpful and stepped in when my blood draw didn’t go as planned—she absolutely saved the day with her confidence, positive attitude, and outstanding bedside manner. Even the staff member who handled my EKG made me feel comfortable during the process.
I genuinely hope I get to see this same team again when I return to this location. As someone who works over forty hours a week without employer-provided medical insurance, navigating healthcare can be difficult, especially having to pay out of pocket. That made the compassion and quality of care I received here even more meaningful.”

“Waited almost 1 hour after my "appointment" to get a room, yes they were kind of busy but taking 4 or 5 people who walked in after me ahead of me was very frustrating . Despite a very full waiting room, the staff was courteous, professional, and extremely organized. I was checked in quickly and in and out in no time. It’s clear they value efficiency without sacrificing patient care. Highly recommend this ballas location. I wish they could train the staff at chesterfield outer 40 and show them how it’s done.”
