Everyone there was wonderful. Michele, another amazing nurse, was incredibly helpful and stepped in when my blood draw didn’t go as planned—she absolutely saved the day with her confidence, positive attitude, and outstanding bedside manner. Even the staff member who handled my EKG made me feel comfortable during the process.
I genuinely hope I get to see this same team again when I return to this location. As someone who works over forty hours a week without employer-provided medical insurance, navigating healthcare can be difficult, especially having to pay out of pocket. That made the compassion and quality of care I received here even more meaningful.”

Had a not great experience a couple years ago so I was hesitant to go back but this changed my view around completely. “Waited almost 1 hour after my "appointment" to get a room, yes they were kind of busy but taking 4 or 5 people who walked in after me ahead of me was very frustrating . I was pretty sick an needed care or I would not be there. After I finally got in a room care was great as usual. Dr was very competent and caring, so was the rest of the staff.”

“Unlike my previous experience at the quest at chesterfield outer 40 the quest staff here at ballas was above and beyond great. Excellent experience at this outpatient lab. Despite a very full waiting room, the staff was courteous, professional, and extremely organized. I was checked in quickly and in and out in no time. It’s clear they value efficiency without sacrificing patient care. Highly recommend this ballas location. I wish they could train the staff at chesterfield outer 40 and show them how it’s done.”

“I’ve never had problems with lab Corp until this past week. My doctor’s office had problems sending orders for my blood test which has never happened before…now I haven’t received the results which I usually get 1-3 days after being tested.

The staff at this location has been a breath of fresh air after feeling defeated and almost giving up on having my blood drawn all together. The process was quick and efficient; after checking in at the kiosk, the screens displayed how many people were ahead of me.
