“The worst part is the Ballwin location near me opens at 10 on Saturdays, but the Manchester location opens at 9. People out early in the morning have to wait on it to open. I think 9:00 makes more sense.”

I called first thing the next day and they asked a few questions and we communicated with some pictures thru text. The literally came the following day! I didn’t have to be home and that’s excellent service that seems hard to find these days! Especially since it’s a big holiday weekend!!! Expectations exceeded!”

“From the minute, I walked into this UPS store location. I knew it stood out far above the rest of the ones that I have visited just because of the young lady who had such a welcoming kind personality from the minute I walked in the door. Mind you, I walked into the door carrying a men’s dress shirt that didn’t have a package because it was an Amazon return, and the packaging that it came in was a very slim plastic vacuum sealed package that I couldn’t put it back in. She was very efficient and had just such an uplifting spirit about her. I had to come and leave a review. how they recommend going to this location above any of the mini around it. I have encountered employees at the locations near this one that seemed not in the best of moods and like they didn’t have much patience.”

I had mistakenly put the form for a return item to LLBean in my package without first cutting off the part of the return form that was intended to be given to UPS. Mathew gently removed the form and cut off the correct info. Thank you Mathew and UPS! .
