If you ever need items packed and shipped - I would recommend coming here. I've shipped many fragile items from this location and have always received very positive feedback on the quality of packing.”
“No issues ever when I go here. I typically am only dropping off packages. The self-service option is convenient and quick whether you have a package pre-labeled or need to scan a QR code to print out a label. This is an underused service that people can use to shorten their visit, especially if it happensto be a busy time. If I have to go to the counter, the workers are always friendly and competent.”

“I was provided inaccurate information regarding the fingerprinting service and arrived at the counter without all the documents I needed. The employee helpfully explained what I really needed and was patient as I grabbed additional documentation from my car. He helped me get set up on the machine. I had a package to send on top of this, and even though I failed to tape it or attach my pre-paid printout before dropping it off, he took it back with no complaint and provided me the receipt. Overall very quick and painless visit!”

“I will NEVER shop at Home Depot or Lowe’s again unless I’m forced to for some reason. Schnars has 10/10 customer service. Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”

“I went to the Warson Woods MO UPS Store today to ship something, process an affidavit for which I needed a notary, and to have a photo digitized. Mark and Tanner assisted me with all three tasks quickly, professionally, and with a smile. I highly recommend this store, especially if Mark and Tanner are manning the counter.”

“My local branch is great, but God forbid your freight goes through Midway. I ship NFG, and get 4 shipments per week on average, and my fish shipment was missed in Midway. There were 6 flights following the flight they missed that the order did not get on before getting on one that landed after they closed. When you ship NFG, this is supposed to be guaranteed or your don't pay. I called corporate in Texas and was told to kick rocks, they are not honoring this, as they don't have as many flights. What a joke! Any excuse to not live up to your obligation. Very frustrated with the way they treat customers.”
“They are wonderful. I return Amazon items here. They are kind and respectful. They take care of customers quickly. I also do a lot of color printing here. They are easy to work with and the printing is quality. It is always done quickly.”
“I drove 16 miles out of my way to come to this location and it was well worth it. I live in Kirkwood and the post office locations near me provide horrendous customer service. “Outstanding experience! I was enthralled by their wall of dog pictures and even brought my own dog inside. All the employees gave both of us so much attention, and I truly felt important and warmly welcomed. Argos will now be on the wall with the rest of the canines!
The best part was a gentleman named Gage, who carefully walked me through the entire process of my pricey speaker return so I felt completely safe and confident about it. The only downside was a charge to print the return label of 4 bucks, though I could have avoided that if I had taken care of it beforehand. Overall, 5.5 out of 5 stars—absolutely great!”
