There was a missing part that kept them from completing the job but they agreed to come back and the following Monday at 7am sharp, they showed up as agreed.”

The very helpful manager was knowledgeable, courteous, personable and was able to help numerous customers who came in after us while we waited for our phones to upgrade and transfer over, while always making sure to check in with us and make sure we were doing ok. They both went above and beyond! 1st Justin was able to go ahead and install the screen protectors I purchased from Amazon after he spoke with the manager on my behalf, then Keelen is who did the transfers AND he also came out to my car to help link my phone to my car to talk hands free! WOW! These 2 guys truly deserve recognition. Very good attitudes also! Thanks again Justin and Keelen! Addition: I saw Emily the next day to erase info from one of the phones and put the protector on my camera lenses on my phone. She was very nice, patient and professional!
