“First with the very good, Alyssa was excellent at check in, very energetic and welcoming, then the fajitas at 5:30 were very good and Ann from Thailand, super sweet, read my mind, anticipated my needs and noticed I couldn't find my container lid so she offered to plastic wrap it so I could put it in the room fridge.

You don't see that hospitality in America, I find it traveling SE Asia consistently but not here. Thanks, Ann!!

So Alyssa, Ann and the food get high marks. The ONLY downside and it was shocking are the pillows! They are lumpy, small, too soft and can't support the neck whether you sleep on your back, side or combo.

I'm a guy who likes to have at least 1 semi to firm pillow and shocked at the poor quality. I had double queen, 6 small pillows and they all should've been in the dumpster. Hard to get a comfy sleep. Ok. I think you have the picture but store at least 10 good pillows with the linens for guests and can't believe nobody has ever mentioned this to Drury.

Go to Room 413. Double Queen and grab those 6 pillows and get a consensus. I'm truly not high maintenance but it was obvious.

Love all the employees, especially Alyssa and Ann and the food was so much better than all of the other local Hilton, Hampton hotels in the same price bracket.”

“We've done quite some traveling and this hotel chains, by far, was one of the best hotels. The rooms are nothing unique or different from your typical hotel rooms BUT what sets this hotel chain apart was the customer service. The location is perfect, with ample parking on ground level and underground. Beds were perfectly comfortable, everything was clean. The pool area was bigger than most hotels, stocked with towels every day. We had 5 families staying here and every child enjoyed the pool and the kickbacks. We liked that the kickback dinners offered variety daily and yet have the usuals that kids love. Every single person enjoyed their own version of cocktails. Customer service was superior. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Since the hotel is located in a safe area, we walked to dinner. There are various kinds of restaurants nearby. Our main purpose was to visit WashU, and the hotel had very convenient access to the school.

It was also easy to get from the parking lot to the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had a panel for adjusting the temperature and good water pressure. Breakfast included fresh omelets and waffles, and the coffee was delicious. The food was replenished frequently.

We chose this hotel based on reviews, and we truly felt it offered great value for the price.”

“The staff at this location were very friendly! The person working the front desk during our check in Friday evening was probably one of the friendliest people I have ever talked to at a hotel front desk! Our room was very clean and had great amenities. The beds were very comfortable and spacious. The one downfall is breakfast. I wish that the hours would’ve been longer, as it was only 6-9. Usually other hotels I stay at do breakfast til 11:00 on weekends. Overall, I had a good experience and would go again! We chose this location because it had a good cost & wasn’t far to Six Flags :)”

“There’s construction next door, they need to let people know. The front desk put cold coffee and cold water, they don’t care. I find it very dumb. To brew a new batch of cold coffee and cold water. Really unfortunate. Need to have hot fresh coffee, no ifs or butts.”

“This is our second stay at Haven House, the first for us at the new facility. I'm absolutely floored by the warm greeting and tour we recieved from Tim (I think that's his name). The facility is impressive with multiple family and children's areas, hot meals served during your stay, and free snacks/drinks for guests. We were so absolutely stressed about our sons surgery and staying so far from home. But around every turn in this facility is a reminder that there is a whole staff of people to support us and make us as comfortable as possible. I couldn't be more thankful that this facility exists.”

“My husband and I were in town for a graduation. We were happy to find this location. The hotel was clean and comfortable with amazing service. When I enter a hotel, how you are greeted by the reception desk is imperative. The lady that greeted us was AMAZING!! Her name was Amy. Any time we crossed paths, she always greeted us with a smile. She apparently know a great deal about customer service. Great job! We will certainly return.”

Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm were exceptional. During check-in, she took the time to clearly explain all the hotel amenities, making sure I knew exactly what was available. Even more importantly, she made me feel sincerely welcomed and valued. That level of recognition and hospitality does not always happen elsewhere, and it truly made a difference.

The breakfast team was also fantastic. The overall energy of the staff reflected genuine care for guests.

“My family stayed in 2 different rooms at this location and had an overall good experience. The aging rooms need a deep cleaning and overall better cleaning between guests, even with some targeted renovations already completed. Breakfast was good with different items each day. The staff we interacted with was very helpful and responsive via text, and we even saw a manager helping with breakfast and tidying up on a couple of occasions. The combination of this hotel's location and suite offerings can't be beat, so we will return again should we find ourselves in St. Louis!”

“Everything good. However, it would be more accomating if the fitness room was open 24/7. But due to it being situated in the pool area, which closes at 11pm, it is not accessible. Clean rooms, respectful staff. For incidentals they only require a credit card just to hold and nothing is charged to it.. unless there are incidents, which is nice. Laundry room equals 2 washers and 2 dryers at 2.00 each,quarters only. Hope any of that information will help.”

“The hotel was under renovation during our stay. So it looked a bit unkempt, baseboards missing, etc. The rooms were good. We were a little disappointed that the ability to use streaming services wasn’t working, only because one night we were hoping to relax with a movie. There was basic cable, which was ok. Overall the stay was decent.”

“I have an update for March 16, 2026:
I made a huge mistake and left my identification cards in the room in a leather folder. I want everyone to know that the STL Airport Marriott moved extremely quickly in helping me resolve the situation. I realized my mistake when I reached the airport in Chicago. While I did have my passport and could cross the border in Canada, I did not have my nexus card. I explained the situation to Ryan Konz, the GM, and he resolved it quickly on Monday. They reacted very quickly and sent it FedEx overnight to me. They were not responsible for my issue, I was but they jumped right in and helped me out in a tough spot. I will not forget their kindness and quick action. This property always exceeds my expectations, and I would give them six stars if I could for customer service.

I wanted everyone to know how much I look forward to staying with the airport Marriott in St Louis. I travel a fair bit for my job and I always look forward to traveling to this property like I am traveling to an old friend’s home. I have never had a poor transaction with anyone at the St Louis Airport Marriott. I humbly pass on my warmest regards to their world class staff, especially all the wonderful folks in the concierge club.”
