“The only thing I did not like is $150 charge they hold until check out. That's a lot... other than that EVERYTHING was so good. Cleanest hotel I've ever seen. ♥️”

“Simply put, this hotel is unsafe and should not even be allowed to have guests stay at.Elevators were broken, so guests were required to use the service elevator. Later, guests had to be moved to rooms on the lower floors because then the service elevator did not work.Lobby and hallways were in terrible condition because of damage and/or construction.Housekeeping did not bother to make our beds.I was told to contact the general manager, Nicolas, regarding our complaints, and have not received any reply yet.”

“As a wedding photographer, I always want to leave positive reviews for the venues that go above and beyond for my clients AND are stunning for wedding photos. The Ritz-Carlton definitely meets that criteria. The staff was professional and kept the day running. Everywhere you turn is a gorgeous backdrop for photos, and the rooms were excellent for getting ready photos as well. I definitely recommend for weddings!”

“Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was not the vest compared to other Hyatt's I've stayed at. The room was pretty clean. I did find a few stray hairs that weren't mine. Shower needs fixed. No water pressure and water temp would fluctuate drastically while showering.”

“We stayed in the Spanish colonial room. Service was spectacular! We were given a run down of everything in our room as well as local recommendations with a map, the room and bathroom were very clean as well as comfortable, great location as it’s central to everything on Main Street. We will absolutely be staying there again!”

“This was the best hotel my husband and I have stayed at. Upon entering the building, we were checked in by Natalie who was incredibly kind, cheerful, and fun. She checked in on us through passing multiple other times during our stay. Molly cleaned up our plates at dinner and made sure there was nothing else that we needed. Will and Antonio at the bar provided excellent customer service and served us with a smile. We especially enjoyed chatting with Will. Overall, the staff was absolutely amazing. We felt very cared about. The food was great at both the Kickback and breakfast. The room was comfortable and very clean - we had a great view from the top floor. There was a lot of noise from those around us, but nothing negative towards our overall stay. I highly recommend staying at this Drury. We will be back!”

“I came here on military orders for a few weeks and it was an overall great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner they served was delicious. The pool wasn’t open but the general manager allowed us to use the indoor pool in the other hotel he owned. I would recommend staying here if you want a more home/relaxed feel.”

“HavenHouse was truly our safe haven when visiting St Louis for a medical appointment. From the start, they were the best. Easy to make the reservation. Answered all questions when I called (and called back and back and back again!). They even called a couple of days before to confirm the reservation. Not only did they provide an affordable room, they treated one adult per room and children under 12 to the buffet breakfast and also gave us, free of charge, one meal (which we had as lunch) and snacks and drinks. To top it off, they allowed us to borrow a microwave and use their freezer! It truly was a saving grace and we wish they were in all states we visit for medical appointments as they made us feel cared for, like we had friends we could ask for help. Cannot thank them or recommend them enough.”

I also appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel overall. Even with the small breakfast bar they offer, it’s always stocked and ready to go! Consistency is what you will get when you visit this Extended Stay location!”

“This is a quaint hotel in downtown Clayton! It is not impressive from street view, but behind the walls is a well-appointed hotel with recent upgrades. The hallways on the upper floors are more of a labyrinth—but that just adds to the charm of this place.Staff is friendly and attentive and treats you like family.Rooms are adequate and cozy, but well appointed and seem recently upgraded. The best part of this hotel is that the toilets have HEATED TOILET SEATS! We were there during a bit of a cold spell and it was a treat! The lounge is comfortable and offers drinks and a full menu.I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s making a stop in the St. Louis area!”

“Rooms great in and outdoor amenities. The breakfast could come up a notch anything liquid tasted watered-down the breakfast food was a negative except the fresh fruit, cereal and yogurt. Friendly staff which was nice. MID/MAR Stay 2024Safety: Across from a police station so it felt safe.”

“I was there for a conference and didn't use a bedroom. The meeting space was nice. The bathroom is kind of far. They have one by the lobby but they say it's for the guest. So, we had to use the other which much further apart. We bought chips from their store and a SMALLl bag of chips is $4.00. These same chips cost about 50 cents in a dollar store etc. . The price of Sodas was outrages also.Walkability: Parking was confusing. One side of the hotel is for guess parking and the other side was for guest. They need to put signs as you turn into the hotel with instructions.”

“Love this place, I typically travel to St Peters once a month and this is my go to. Prices are fair, location is great and the quality of the hotel is above par! It seems the gentleman at the front desk is there every time I check in. I can't remember his name (if I did I would not put it here) but he is very courteous and friendly. Young man's name starts with "D", not James. I just checked in.Rooms: Always clean and well maintained.Nearby activities: Plenty of good places to eat, breakfast, lunch or dinner.”

Let us borrow a cork screw opener for the wine we bought from a store. Will definitely come back when we are looking for a nice but inexpensive room to stay in!”

“We enjoyed our stay here, room was clean, staff was friendly, the breakfast was good especially the cooked to order omletes. The only issue was after the 1st night of our 3 night stay we were sitting on the couch watching TV, when someone without knocking used a key card to open the door get halfway in the room then say housekeeping, he then realized we were in the room and asked us what time we were checking out and I said we had two more days and he said okay and left. Left me feeling uneasy the rest of the stay that housekeeping doesn't seem to even knock first and just enters, it wasn't even check-out time either it was a little before 10am.”

“Office staff was great, I dealt with the manager and he was very pleasant. I only have a few cons. I was given a key card that was supposed to be good for my entire week stay, it didn’t even last the end of the day before it stopped working. Housekeeping was supposed to come by and change linens one time for the whole week and they didn’t. I’m not mad because it was scheduled the second day of my stay and my linens weren’t dirty in just 24 hours. Walls were a bit thin so I could hear conversations going on in the next room. But apart from those few things it was actually an amazing stay! No one bothered me, no cop presence (meaning no riff raff), and nice rooms (only if you get the premium rooms).”

“Visited here on a Monday evening for a 1-night stay. I actually booked this day of and had zero issues doing so, so for that, thank you! I ended up with a Premium King room on the 8th floor facing the highway. I used the app after booking and was able to check in with the app, get my virtual key (work flawlessly), and get other updates through the app. That was a huge benefit and the first time I was able to use this. I am a Hilton Honors member as well. Also, getting to pick your room via the app (only 2 options though) was really neat.I arrived around 11pm for check-in and first ended up parking in their "overflow" lot that I was told is not an overflow but they use anyway? I was a little nervous parking here but the main parking lot is extremely small. But it does seem this is common so the overflow that is not owned by them is a safe place to park.To even get inside the lobby, you either have to be buzzed in or use your virtual key - which I did not know either of these things so thankfully the concierge was able to motion this to me as I stood at the door. He was friendly enough. I didn't get my complimentary waters/snack until I started walking towards the elevators (I had also asked if there was any water bottles and he said just some to purchase) and then he realized I might be an honors member. And that is where the virtual check-in is not a great process because he didn't realize I literally just checked in. Just a breakdown in that process I think. My room was amazing. It was huge and very clean. The view of the highway was nice. The alarm clock had not been turned back yet for Daylight Savings and you physically could not do it yourself, so I had to set the alarm for an hour early to match the "real" time. Not a huge issue but some people could be extremely confused by this or even late. When the A/C is not on, the highway noise is pretty dang loud in the room.Breakfast was great and the lady working it was so friendly! They had a decent selection as well. The muffin and eggs were probably my favorite and the biscuits for biscuits and gravy were just a tad overcooked or overworked. The check-out process was easy with the app and I didn't even have to visit the front desk which made it super convenient.Overall, I am really glad I ended up at this hotel super last minute. The room was clean and felt safe. The area seemed really nice. The complimentary breakfast is always going to be a huge bonus. And if I am ever in the area again, I will definitely try to come back here.”

“Great location and amenities for those traveling through STL. Despite a seemingly dated structure, the Marriott St. Louis Airport is a hopping venue with updated interior and rooms. My two queen bed room was compact, but there was no smell of mold or mildew and the bathroom was very clean. While the wings were a bust at the on-site restaurant, I highly recommend the smash burger! Great flavor, crispy patties, and if you like aioli, pair it with your fries. This would have been a five start review had it not been for the Lounge "benefit" for Marriott Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador Elite members. I visited after check-in to find no food (trays and chafing dishes were picked clean), room charge only 'honor bar', and a staff member seemingly indifferent about the lack of offerings. Thankfully the front desk staff was able to help me remedy this experience with a voucher for the on-site restaurant.”

“This hotel was moderately priced, almost the same as the "cheep" rooms at red roof, yet was EXTREMELY CLEAN, THEY HAD GREAT BREAKFAST, VERY NICE STAFF. The location was very easy to get to and the highway was right there, making it easy to get to wherever someone would need to be going right by highway 70. The pool was nice as well.”
