“I visited the store about a month ago to buy a new pair of shoes. I was there about 30 minutes before closing and Travis, the store manager, assured me that he would help me until I found what I needed. He was very patient in walking me through several pairs of shoes and even sold me on getting a second pair so I wouldn't wear mine out so quickly and have more options to choose from. I'm a minimalist so I don't usually get multiple pairs of dress shoes but I'm glad I did. Travis is fantastic at what he does and I'm glad he's there. “Went there and a guy came in and stole a bunch of stuff then ran out.
Also I asked if the shirts shrunk at all after washing them, they said no, but it turns out they shrink a lot. Get a size larger so you don’t waste your money like me.”

“I have purchased shoes primarily from outlet stores in the past, and I was impressed at the quality of service and products Fleet Feet offers compared to those discount stores. It's a completely different experience.
You may have to wait in a queue as it's customer based service and there may be a few people ahead of you. It's totally worth it though.
They scan your feet first for free, to get a much more precise idea of size, fit, and support. Next they sit down with you and have you try on a few different options and encourage you to walk around with them and compare/contrast. I never felt rushed. They even happily scanned my wife's feet even though she wasn't getting fitted for shoes!
Keep in mind this is more of a running/athlete specialty store, so you can't expect to see a myriad of brands and styles. But if you're simply looking for a quality running/walking/comfortable shoe, this is the place to go!”
